Liked: The Moree Beach features the typical African standard, one can expect for 50 - 60 Cedis. Situated at a beautiful and somewhat remote beach, the hostel premises and surroundings are really idyllic, romantic and have an exotically "off the beaten track" atmosphere. In my opinion it is very much worth the money paid for the rooms/chalets.
Disliked: As the premises are located outside of Cape Coast in a remote area, there is nowhere to go in walking distance. A taxi has to be taken to/from Cape Coast and the driver should really know, how to find that place. While food and drinks can be bought on the premises, the selection is limited. Fortunately, the low taxi rates in Cape Coast allow a transfer to/from the city center for around 7 - 10 Cedis (December 2010).
