Hotel Flora

Welcome at Hotel Flora in the Allgäu/Bavaria. Hotel Flora is located in Pfronten, close to Füssen and the famous Bavarian Royal castles Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau. All of our rooms are equipped with any comfort have bath/WC and a balcony facing South with a great panoramic view of the Alps.

Hotel Flora lies quietly and peacefully on the edge of a sunny slope overlooking the valley of Pfronten and the Bavarian and Tyrolean Alps. You can even see the Zugspitze, the highest mountain of Germany. All of our rooms have a balcony or a terrace with a great view to the South facing the mountains.

Pfronten close to Fuessen is located centrally between Oberstdorf and Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Oberammergau is only 40 minutes away, too. It's location is ideal for excursions to Munich, Innsbruck or to Lindau and the lake of Constance (all these places are about 60 - 120 km away from Pfronten).

All of our double rooms have a kitchen corner, television, radio, safe, telephone and a luxury bathroom to enjoy, relax and be lazy. Our single rooms are very pretty and cozy, having a French bed (1.20 m) and a bath/WC with shower. You also have a beautiful and sunny balcony facing the mountains.

The modern fitted kitchen in every single apartment/double room is everything one can wish for and makes the work in the kitchen enjoyable: washing up machine, microwave, coffee percolator....

Modern is combined with solid craftsmanship. A big part of the furnishing comes from a Grandhotel. The bar in the restaurant was the meeting place for the Munich's society 50 years ago. Konrad Adenauer, Curd Jürgens and many other celebrities have sat there.

The chandeliers in the breakfast room as well as in the banqueting hall had been decorating the lobby of the Grandhotel Continental in Munich, also the many historical pictures, that award the dining hall its particular atmosphere.
