Easy to reach and central laying are comfortable and modern furnished rooms awaiting your visit.

All rooms are equipped with shower/WC, TV with remote control and WLAN Internet Access. In addition some rooms with balcony and mini bar.

Our rooms are furnished with modern art paintings of Holger M. Haspel, a very well known local artist.

In our Restaurant "Villa Verde" we offer you Mediterranean food and a big choice of Italian wines. In the evening you can enjoy yourself in our hotel bar "St. James".

Please note that our reception is opened up to 21.00h only.

Cancellation policy:
Please be aware that booked and confirmed rooms have to be paid in case of no show or earlier departure.
During fairs and events cancellation free of charge 30 days prior arrival, 7 days prior to arrival we charge 60% of the total amount, after this 100% of the total amount is due.
