Liked: The property was well kept and close to the train station and the city centre. The front desk gave of great suggestions on places to visit while we stayed. Breakfast was great.

Liked: Based on the price, it was a very good hotel.

Disliked: Atmosphere is dull but we weren't planning on spending too much time in the room other than to sleep. Therefore, it didn't affect our trip.

Liked: Proximity to train station.

Disliked: The staff were absolutely horrendous. Rude, pushy and unaccomodating. Honestly, this is the first time I have ever left a bad review because this place was truely horrible. I felt unsafe the entire time I was there, there was no place to gather or talk to people, i had to shower in someone else's uncleaned room, there was a leak in my room that damaged my bag and wet my clothes (and proceeded to not dry in the mouldy, humid room for the next two days), and the staff acted as though they were entitled to not do anything about it (my polite complaints were met with a shrug). Just don't stay here. Two doors down, there is a much more backpacker-friendly hostel (called 4 You Hostel, I believe)

Liked: Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms very clean and hotel close to city centre. breakfast was great!

Disliked: room was a bit small (mailnly beacuse and extra bed was cramed in!)

Liked: softest beds in the world and an awesome all-you-can-eat breakfast. get in early cos there's lots to try. great location in a quiet street, 2 mins walk from the main train station. friendly staff, roomy rooms, around the corner from a supermarket & short walk to little pub & cafes. highly recommend if you're looking for a budget hotel.

Liked: Very well done breakfast, attractive rooms, and friendly staff with the exception of one desk clerk - overweight man with beard who always was curt in responding to my questions and hassled me about the cleanliness of a made up room I had used to take a shower - when all I used was the shower and the sink. I also did not like having to come down each morning for a key to go into another room of somebody who checked out (but often still not yet clean) to take a shower as opposed to being used to taking a shower in a self-contained facility on the floor or one floor up or down. The hotel would be advised to take 2 of their rooms with the shower and make the rooms without shower so the shower can be accessible to those who stay in rooms without shower.
