Liked: they have a budget room option, about half the price and the only thing missing is your own bathroom.. not a problem to share to cut costs in half! free wifi all over the building, with the passwords in your room so you don't even have to ask for it! Real keys instead of keycards, so no worries about it deactivating on you

Disliked: Sinks in rooms don't give out cold water

Liked: The bedding was quite comfortable.

Disliked: Bathrooms were really dirty, using them was absolutely disgusting.

Liked: Our room was very nice decorated and it had big windowds, which gave us lots of light, and we could sit in the window-sill. It was really a nice place to go back to after a day in the city. It is also close to the center and the subway is directly in front of the hotel.

Disliked: We had 2 seperate beds, I guess they were not very clear about that on forehand. There was no computer and no washing machine and no common room, but that could be because this is a hotel, not a hostel. I would reccomend it for couples, not for groups or persons who travel alone and want to meet people.

Liked: Location, friendly staff, skeleton key for our room :)

Disliked: We had to share a bathroom with the room across the hall from us, and they showered with the shower liner outside of the tub/basin. We woke up to a puddle of water on the floor of the bathroom. They were also rather loud when they were using the facilities after 10 p.m.. It sounded like 3-4 people were speaking. The only other problem we had was with the front door. We didn't realize we had to get buzzed in to enter the building the morning we arrived to Munich. We wanted to drop off our backpacks before taking a day trip to Dachau. We walked to the hotel at about 9:00 a.m. to do this, but, as I said above, we didn't realize we could get buzzed in to do so. We thought the building was locked from the outside until 10 a.m. or something like that.

Liked: Easy to walk to from the train station. Good rooms.

Disliked: No kitchen or washing mashines. Breakfast was expensive.

Liked: It is a very nice hotel-like property with clean bedrooms and clean bathrooms. It is a short walk from the train station and a short walk from the gate to the old city. The staff was very nice and never asked me to pay. I ended up reminding them as i was on my way out the door that i should probably pay for my room.

Disliked: Fyi, its a bit far from the englischer park. You can get there easily by public transport but dont expect to be right in the middle of everything.

Liked: The location is good, just a few steps from the Goetheplatz station. The interior is very good and modern. Cleanliness of the room and toilets is perfect.

Disliked: Our room's door could not be locked from inside, but we were ok with that as we could manage it. Though we were sure if we told the reception they would provide some helps.

Liked: Really clean and modern. Excellent location, only 20 minute walk from the town centre or 2 stops on the U-bahn which is right outside the front door. Secure, quiet and sink in bedroom which is great when sharing a bathroom. Supermarkets, cafes and restaurant all within 1-2 minute walking distance. Free WiFi all over the hotel. Very nice eating area for breakfast.

Disliked: Breakfast is not included in room price but is available. However, it is quite expensive for Munich prices.

Liked: We reserved a double bed room which was stated so on this website, however, this was actually a twin room. We were able to switch rooms easily though to one of their en suite double rooms and only had to pay 8 euros per night extra. Great room, comfortable bed, even came with a TV. The en suite was nice and clean.

Disliked: The door of the en suite was a sliding one, so didn't close properly, but it didn't bother us too much.

Liked: Location is great and free WiFi

Disliked: Not as elegant and new as the photos may seem. The twin rooms were clean but bed frames falling apart and furnishing showing signs of age. Also, the fire alarm went of twice in one day/night.

Liked: Rooms were clean, staff were friendly, hotel was easy to find and right next to supermarket, also right next to subway stop but easy to walk into centre of town.

Disliked: Was really noisy on the first night as neighbours were having a party but was fine the rest of the nights so think it was a one off.

Disliked: the fact that we weren't offered the correct value for the money we paid. we were given a different type of room than we booked. instead of a private twin we were asked to stay in a shared triple

Liked: For such price what I expected was just a clean place to sleep. It was very nice, that they cleaned facilities everyday.

Disliked: That room was on the 6 floor and elevator went just to 5. And our neighbors with whom we shared bathroom were able to make a big mess in it :( but for that the hostel is not responsible :)

Liked: the central location and good connection with all sorts of public transport, the building and the very friendly staff.

Disliked: the room's lock was very simple and the reception is only open during the day and also does not overlook the entrance to the room corrido, there was not provided good enough security. as during my stay, some craftsmen working in the hotel constantly left the general access door open and 'forgot' to remove their block which kept the door open over night, basically anyone from the street could have walked in.

Liked: rooms and bathrooms were very clean and security good - taxi and underground station and laundrymat across the road, supermarket next door and plenty of places to eat out especially the italian restaurant on the opposite side of the street it was extremely cheap

Disliked: rooms are quite noisy even though windows on street side are double glazed and one of the staff wasnt every helpful

Liked: nice style house in green landscape, not far from Salzburg by car. room clean, tidy and functionnal.

Disliked: the site says "rooms with bath and balcony" but our room had no bath, no balcony, and was smaller than announced. when checking out at we were told that it was too late for breakfast, but there was no one at the reception when we arrived to tell us the times. the bowling was closed when we arrived in afternoon, closed when we came back later in evening, and closed the sunday morning. the hotel was not easy to find without any clear indication, we turned around for a while. price is not abusive, but a bit too much considering the remote location so far from city.
