Liked: The people running the pension were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, eggs, bread, rolls, meats, yoghurt, cereals, and cake. Our two boys LOVED it!

Disliked: Only the pillows but seems to be a European thing!

Liked: EXCELLENT location! Just around the corner from a central U-Bahn stop, and only three or so stops to Marienplatz. Couldn't have asked for better. The breakfast spread was diverse and good value! The shared toilet was fine (one toilet for three rooms) and we never had to wait. The rooms were small, but big enough, and we had our own sink (and flat screen tv).

Disliked: There was only one shower for 6 or so rooms (that I knew of, but there may have been more rooms that used the shower), so I had to wait a few times and also had people knock/try the handle. We stayed in room 1, which was directly below the residence of the owners, and were woken up every morning from about 6am with bangs and noise through the ceiling! Definitely avoid that room, if you can.

Liked: The woman running reception was super kind and friendly even with a language barrier. The breakfast offered had a great selection. Rooms were comfortable and safe.

Disliked: It wasn't in the absolute center of Munich, but it was very easier to get from one place to other on the metro. Wifi didn't work in all rooms, but that wasn't the end of the world. Sharing a toilet with the floor was a bit odd, but it was kept clean the entire time.

Liked: Close to the metro stop, made it easy to get to Marienplatz and train lines. We did bring our booking forward, which the staff accommodated for, and at last minute were able to stay an extra night.

Disliked: Beds, linen and pillows were mediocre. There was a strange perfumed-odour used in the communal toilets which did the opposite of what it was supposed to - create a nice aroma. Rather, it was quite off putting.

Liked: Made me feel right at home, and was close to the nearest metro stop which was extremely convenient.

Liked: good value for the price, marvellous breakfast, very good location (subway just around the corner, couple subway stops to central railway station and city centre)

Disliked: we had private shower, but WC was in the corridor. The district a bit noisy

Liked: The location was great, a short walk from the subway. It had a really nice neighbourhood, with great atmosphere (with a bar almost across the street and restaurants close by). Very helpful staff. The breakfast was good. The rooms was very clean. A localização era óptima, muito perto do metro. A vizinhança era igualmente boa com uma óptima atmosfera. A equipa era muito atenciosa. O pequeno-almoço era igualmente bom assim como os quartos eram limpos e com bom ambiente.

Disliked: There were problems with our reservation even though it was confirmed 1 month before our stay, but the lady was really helpful and gave us a room at discount price. Tivemos problemas com a nossa reserva mesmo tendo recebido a confirmação desta 1 mês antes da nossa estadia. No entanto, a senhora que nos atendeu foi muito simpática e deu-nos outro quarto com desconto.

Liked: Location was excellant and very easy to find. The staff were helpful and it felt like I was one of the family.

Disliked: The only downside was the outside door being left open during the day.

Liked: Nice, homey type place. The staff are very nice and provide a pretty decent feed for the free breakfast. Nice and quiet area.

Disliked: Its not very close to the city centre and hence doesn't quite get you amongst other traveler's unless you catch buses in.

Disliked: The location was a bit far from the city center but convenient for the subway. Not a problem if you don't mind a bit of a walk though.

Liked: the staff where very helpful. you could smoke in the corridors.

Disliked: we were told that breakfast would be from 7-11am each day. however, on one of the days that we woke up at 7 to eat breakfast there was nothing out. i knocked on the reception door and one of the owners was in her pyjamas still and said that breakfast wasn't going to be till 8am that day. then the following day, by chance we found out that breakfast was starting at 6am. it was very unreliable especially since we had tours booked and wanted to eat breakfast there before we went out, and obviously couldn't on that day. wifi connection was poor in room.the was no shower on the bottom floor so we always had to go up the stairs to shower.
