Due to the fact that you are booking during the Dates of the Oktoberfest, this hotel has extra terms and conditions that you should be aware of. These are:- Cancellations have to be made at least 60 days prior to the date of arrival - If you cancel less than 60 days prior to arrival, you will be charged 100% of your balance - Your credit card will be pre-authorized for the total amount at the time of booking, latest 60 days before arrival (cancellation deadline).
