Liked: It was easy to get there from the airport as well as from the train station. At the next corner there is a groceries, the huge park, there was every needed nearby.

Disliked: You could hear everyone in the building moving, while the floor give sound as anybody was walking on it.

Liked: Only stayed one night as a stop over between Cologne & Berlin it was nice - comfortable good to stay for a night or 2. Lady on reception was really nice too!

Disliked: parking not readily available - we were lucky & got a park but was very tricky didn't want to move it again.

Liked: Basically a decent lower end hotel at hostel prices. Right near the train station in a quiet area

Disliked: If you after somewhere with a bit of noise and life, its not the place for you

Liked: Well worth the money. It turned out that the shower - in the room, and toilet - on the floor. It's quite good, the people out there a little, very small and cozy hotel.

Liked: Clean, spacious, well serviced, honest and basic accommodation. Perfectly adequate for a couple of nights. 5 mins easy walk to the city centre, or get the no. 121 bus right outside. A huge forest is just across the road. 5 mins walk through it to the zoo. Tips for travellers - Directions: from front of Hannover H station, walk left, take second turning under railway bridge, across the main Berlin Allee road, follow the road round the bend, you will see the forest in front of you. Hotel Flora is at the junction of Heinrichstrassa on the left at traffic lights. Day tickets for public transport are about 3 Euros from machines, and maps for underground, trams/busses and trains free in Tourist Information opposite the main station. Most people speak English. Staff in the Hotel were very friendly, spoke a little English, very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast included in the price was a buffet German-style meal. No coffee or tea etc. available in rooms.

Disliked: The room was rather stuffy - no air con and the only opening window opened at the the top only, not very far. We would have appreciated more air.

Liked: I found my stay too be quite good, great room, great local, and for a great price. The staff were very helpful.

Liked: Clean and simple. My bed was comfortable and the room was warm, which is important this time of year!

Disliked: Shower was a bit sporadic. The staff speak little English but I wouldn't expect them to! Managed to get by...

Liked: For around 30 Euros I got a nice room just for me with TV. And the hostel was very close to the train station. For the same price, at the Youth Hostel in the city I would have got a share room. Moreover, the Jugendheberge in Hannover is far from the bahnhof.

Liked: Everything was pretty clean, the room was great, the hotel is really close to the train station.

Disliked: It's no fun at all, there's no Internet and even the reception closes after 21h. It feels like a nice and quite place, like a sweet grandpa's house - which is not exactly what everyone looks for when booking a hostel.

Liked: Owner was very helpful, tolerated my horrible German! Room was small but nice and very clean, with a TV, sink, wardrobe and hairdryer. Breakfast was excellent and included in the price!

Liked: Really nice staff. They helped us with our German, got us hot water for tea anything we needed. Is a B and B rather than a hostel. Is right next to the park- lots of nice birds and red squirrels. :-)

Liked: The location is really good. Close to city center and Lister Platz. On the other hand, it is a really quite place. It is difficult to meet new people and discover the city together.

Liked: Lovely breakfast, friendly staff (although little to no English), very clean rooms, pleasant walk to railway station and nice restaurants nearby. Be aware there is a winding staircase up to most rooms.
