Liked: This is also a hostel,but the name is Hotel. Bed linen is free of charge ,good guest kitchen.

Disliked: They don´t come every day to clean room.

Liked: Staff were extremely helpful with some special requests I had. Very secure and very clean. Excellent facilities

Disliked: It was very busy when I was there, some people there just to party (one guy overdid it and snored nude in the room for 30 hours). A lot of school groups stay there.

Liked: Everything is just perfect and very very clean hostel !!!

Liked: The rooms are large, with separate bathrooms for shower and toilet.

Disliked: There's no free Wifi, which is strange for a large city like Hamburg.

Liked: The rooms were big and clean and afford lots of privacy.

Disliked: The staff were rude and unhelpful, the hostel lacked character and was a difficult place to meet other backpackers, would not recommend for solo travelers. Breakfast was average and overpriced.

Liked: Friendly staff, good location.

Disliked: I stayed 2 days and had to change bed because they had no control of their booking system. 3 times they offerede me a bed in a fully occupied dormroom so I had to come back to the reception to try a new one. But they were nice and friendly :)

Liked: Roomy and modern rooms, secure lockers and clean ensuite bathroom

Disliked: Location is a bit far from the city centre and other attractions

Liked: Breakfast for 5.50 euro was quite good.

Disliked: there was a double bed in the middle of the room... quite annoying that i had to sleep in the bunk bed..!

Liked: Clean rooms (I stayed in a single-bed room) and friendly staff.

Disliked: The corridors are a bit smelly, but, hey... you're not staying there anywhay.

Liked: Very clean, value for money hotel with a nice atmosphere on the s bahn line from the airport.

Disliked: it is a little away from the more traditional turist attractions like the altstadt but I guess it's close to the other popular places like the reeperbahn

Liked: room, comfortable beds, toilet and bathroom inside of the room (not in the corridor), cleanliness.

Disliked: nothing

Liked: it was in a really nice area and the rooms were really nice. I met some cool people in the kitchen and everything was really clean.

Disliked: the breakfast was much too expensive for what it was. I have had the same breakfast in other hostels for just a few euros or even for free! The bar is really strange. I never saw any bar staff and there were no taps or chillers, it was just a dark semidetached room.

Liked: The location of the Hotel is second too none and the accommodation was better than described. Its definantley value for money and i will 100% stay again.

Disliked: I can honestly say there was nothing i didnt like about the place.

Liked: The hostel itself is absolutely ok!

Disliked: They have like two security safes which of course were occupied. If I stay at a hostel I really want a possibility to securely store at least my valuables. Had to carry around my laptop for two days. Really sucked!!

Liked: the lobby was nicely decorated, with a lot of different places to hang out, with free WiFi, with a tiny cafeteria that will get you some hot/cold drinks easily, nice atmosphere in general. The room was nice, clean, well kept.

Disliked: I couldn't check in until 14:25, and then they told me I couldn't go in the room until around 3, so I just left my luggage in the luggage room and went out to the city. It wasn't a big hassel, but I would have liked to be there before so I could get a better bunk!

Liked: Nothing

Disliked: We booked 2 beds in a dorm. We got there and they split us into 2 rooms, although one room had an empty bed in it. They simply said "We're full you can't change". They also had a single traveller in one room staying the same days as us, but would not let us trade. Then after a horrendous night involving drunk guys in my dorm throwing up everywhere and peeing on the floor they said "That's not right." But STILL would not let me change rooms.

Liked: Clean and comfortable. Nice place to stay.

Disliked: Push button showers. At least these ones lastest 30 seconds before turning off, and has plenty of hot water.
