Liked: It was in great location to the train station. Also nice large room with private bathroom is a huge plus, defintely one of the top Hostels I've stayed in.

Liked: Hotel decoration (Bavarian) style gives warmly feeling like home.Hotel surroundings and nice garden&mountain views.Original dressing Bavarian style of the reception/officer are lovely.

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful. We tried to find the hostel after dark and it was VERY difficult to find. Find it before the sun sets!

Liked: The price of the room included all these extras, like free municipal buss pass, free entrance to the nearby pool, reduced cable car fares up to the zugspitz and many others!

Liked: This is not really a Hostel. It is very clean and organized traditional German Gasthaus, where proper behavior from guests and hosts is expected. As such, it was a wonderfully quiet and peaceful break from the hustle and bustle of the hostels.
