Liked: the persons at the reception, are very kindness . The bar is good . All very good.

Liked: Clean. Facilities are almost as good as hotels. Free WiFi.

Disliked: Staffs were really rude and very unhelpful. She did not provide us multiple keys, and I had to negotiate to get some keys.

Liked: The rooms felt more like hotel rooms than a hostel. Also, I enjoyed free towels and cozy beds. Free wifi for a night was a plus, too.

Disliked: The breakfast was really expensive, causing us to search elsewhere for something. Some of the staff was really unfriendly and made you wait awhile to check in. Also, the location is a bit far away in an industrial area. You have to take the expensive s-bahn everywhere.

Liked: An excellent hotel for the price, free internet on the lobby. Good atmosphere, comfy.

Disliked: You have to pay a fee if you want wi-fi in your room.

Liked: The Meininger was clean and quiet, with a quick and easy connection between airport and Hauptbahnhof. They quickly accommodated the changes in our reservation and I would happily book with them again.

Liked: It was a quiet, private room. Most staff were very helpful in helping us get what we need. Room was very clean.

Disliked: Guest Kitchen facilities were small and it was often missing essential items. When we talk to staff about getting the items, they were very eager to get a replacement. Unfortunately we would find the items missing again the next day. Only one group of people could use the stove at a time because of power issues.

Liked: This place was very clean and gave excellent directions to all the main stops in Frankfurt. Helpful staff and a nice chill area.
