Liked: I stayed at a different hotel the night before this for the same price, and this one was WAY better! The staff were amazing, the free breakfast was INCREDIBLE, free internet, great location, and very safe for that part of Frankfurt!

Disliked: Everything was great.

Liked: Staff was always on hand to help us, location was excellent, next to the main train station and a few minutes' walk from the main attractions. Breakfast was excellent too.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Location, Staff, Cheap in-room minibar, Cleanliness, Character, Free internet access without laptop, TV- I have very little to complain

Disliked: No ventilation in the bathroom My room overlooked the main street so it was a bit noisy very thin walls, I could hear the folks next door talking

Disliked: in our room it was pretty cool , but after 1 day they gave us a electric heater and it was ok. cleclean and nice hotel, and the breakfast verry good! i reccomand this hotel!

Liked: Location was fantastic. Reception was very helpful and courteous

Disliked: Room had been smoked in. Glad the window opened. You might check the description for how to get there. I turned right from the South entrance to the train station, crossed the street like the directions said but was then a block off. Should have said turn left leaving the train station and cross at the right and proceed straight.

Liked: Fridge in room loaded with drinks and sweets.

Disliked: Aggressive bullying staff. Don't stay here if you have any kind of disability as you are likely to be bullied.

Liked: Beautiful dining area for the continental buffet breakfast. Very good food. Nice service. Though it was a budget room, it still had all the amenities: TV, phone, refrigerator, complimentary toiletries.

Disliked: Small room - but we expected that.

Liked: Easy check-in and check-out, friendly staff, simple accommodations.

Disliked: Bed bugs, bed bugs, bed bugs. I received 49 bites in one night. When i brought it to the hotel manager's attention (even bringing him a dead bug the next day), he said, "But you've been here for several days!" I had not, i'd checked in the day before. I asked for another room and was given one right next door to the first one. I was bitten again. I checked out the next day with several more bites (even though i slept with the lights on, the AC on, and in two layers of clothes) and was not offered a discount, a ride to a new hotel, or any compensation for the misery i was inflicted.

Liked: La verdad es que cumple con todo lo que promete y mas, la gente es muy cordial, tienen un extenso horario para desayunar, no te molestan con el horario del check out, esta muy bien ubicado (a una cuadra de la estacion principal de tren) y el desayuno esta muy bien seleccionado.

Disliked: Nada, estuvo todo muy bien,

Liked: It was a clean modern environment, with an elevator, which makes moving luggage easy. The staff were very helpful, and they can speak English well too. The hostel provides free breakfast from 6.30am - 11am, and they also have a mini-fridge in each room, although you will have to pay for the mini-bar items inside the fridge if you eat them. The location is great as it is very close to the Main train station, and there is a tram station right outside the hotel.

Disliked: Loved everything here!

Liked: The staff was very helpful and nice, the room was clean. Great breakfast. VERY close to the train station (which is very good when you have to get there with a huge suitcase, and cannot afford a cab :)

Disliked: A little far from the city centre (15 minute walk at least).

Liked: Free Wi-Fi was good and the connection dependable. We also liked the lovely breakfast they put on, which was included in the price. The staff were always welcoming and helpful.

Disliked: The bathroom could have been cleaner!
