Liked: this place had the friendliest staff! the rooms were clean, good breakfast. but most of all the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. the price was most reasonable for how nice this place is. i would seek this place out again in my future travels to frankfurt. i highly recommend staying at this hotel!!

Liked: The location was OK, everything else was below average. The hotel is on a main road. There is lots of traffic noise. All the single rooms are on the main road side. I couldn't open the windows because of the noise. The rooms were too hot and smelly and being unable to open windows because noise was very annoying. I couldn't sleep after 4 hours I went to bed. I wish I had never chosen that hotel.

Liked: The rooms were beautiful! It was soo nice to get done traveling and share only a room with your friends instead of a bunch of people nobody knows! In addition, the breakfast provided was amazing!

Liked: very easy to get to but the online directions are confusing - it's easier to follow the signs outside the train station.staff were helpful, breakfast included, and they looked after our bags for us after we checked out until we got our next train later that day.
