Liked: La verdad es que cumple con todo lo que promete y mas, la gente es muy cordial, tienen un extenso horario para desayunar, no te molestan con el horario del check out, esta muy bien ubicado (a una cuadra de la estacion principal de tren) y el desayuno esta muy bien seleccionado.

Disliked: Nada, estuvo todo muy bien,

Liked: It was a clean modern environment, with an elevator, which makes moving luggage easy. The staff were very helpful, and they can speak English well too. The hostel provides free breakfast from 6.30am - 11am, and they also have a mini-fridge in each room, although you will have to pay for the mini-bar items inside the fridge if you eat them. The location is great as it is very close to the Main train station, and there is a tram station right outside the hotel.

Liked: The staff was very helpful and nice, the room was clean. Great breakfast. VERY close to the train station (which is very good when you have to get there with a huge suitcase, and cannot afford a cab :)

Disliked: A little far from the city centre (15 minute walk at least).

Liked: Free Wi-Fi was good and the connection dependable. We also liked the lovely breakfast they put on, which was included in the price. The staff were always welcoming and helpful.

Disliked: The bathroom could have been cleaner!

Liked: I stayed there for just one night. The room was clean and big enough for just one person. The staff was friendly and i can recommend this hotel for everybody who stays in frankfurt.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Close to train station, attractions, and pedestrian shopping streets.

Disliked: Extremely small rooms for the price. We were changed to a non-smoking room but the initial room we were given smelled horrible.

Liked: I stayed in the new bloc, which was newly built so there the design and decor was very good. Small hotel rooms but elegant.

Disliked: Fear as if booked next time then will they book in old bloc or new bloc, so they must new differentiate at the time of booking.

Liked: Very local to the city. The Haupbahnhof is only a few steps away.

Disliked: Renovation during the stay, terrible smell probably caused by the renovation.

Liked: It's very close to the train station and a tram stop. It's also easy to get to the museums on the other side of River Main. Breakfast is great!

Liked: location and breakfast was fantastic. The single room was small but tidy.

Disliked: Its a hotel not a hostel, so not good for meeting people, but for a night or two near the main train station its perfect.

Liked: me n my frnd stay in twin private room and it was very nice n very clean , very nice breakfast. the best we had in hostels ha ha staff is very frndly and helpfull very close to train station and close by supermarket also we hav stayed in lot of hostels and this was the best we stayed so far

Disliked: dont expect to meet lot of people and interact , but others things 10 out of 10 :)

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff -- one of the friendliest I've experienced. One of my friends felt cold while sleeping, so I went to the front desk to ask for an extra blanket. It was already deep in the middle of the night but the staff was very happy to accommodate my request, even though he had to head to the basement to find the blanket. Very convenient location -- 5min walk from main train station. Free wifi as well. I would definitely recommend this place for a short stay in Frankfurt.

Disliked: Bathroom could perhaps be a little cleaner -- it's not dirty by any means, but I wasn't entirely feeling comfortable neither. Weird policy where whenever we headed out of the hotel, we have to leave our door key at the front desk. Not sure if this happens a lot at other European hostels/hotels, but it seemed weird to me nonetheless. Not a big deal though.

Liked: The hotel staff was very helpfull and friendly and the breakfast, as recommended by reviews on the hostelbooker site, is excellent.

Disliked: We experienced no problems. We took a quad room, which was small but totally adequate for our needs. The bathroom and linen was very clean.

Liked: Friendly staff, convenient location, excellent breakfast.

Disliked: The room was not very sound-proof. There was a lot of noise coming from the street as well as from other rooms. No hair dryer in the room (had to ask at the front desk).
