Semper Opera, Frauenkirche, Green Vault can be reached on foot in just a few minutes - past gardens and green layers of the Japanese palace - on the picturesque Elbepanoramaweg.

The baroque quarter of King Street with its exclusive shops, galleries and restaurants located just a few hundred meters away and takes you directly in connection to the vibrant, buzzing scene and entertainment district of the Outer Neustadt (largest connected Wilhelminian quarter of Europe).

On the Elbe walk 2 minutes. Other 2 minutes down the river you will find a small marina and two sandy beaches summer (with deck chairs, umbrellas, beach, cafe, restaurant and small pool). Ideal conditions for a variety of sports!
