Our hotel and hostel welcomes you warmly to a stylish and memorable stay in our home.
The Residenz 2000 is both a hotel and a hostel of extraordinary class

The hotel offers in total 280 beds, two elevators, two staircases, balconies, underground parking, a restaurant with a bar and a welcoming lobby.
Each hotel room comprises of up to 2 separate rooms with a luxury shower and toilet. Each of these rooms is equipped with lockable cabinets relative to the number of beds as well as
flat screen TVs. Most rooms have a balcony.

The reception is open daily from 07:00 – 22:00 pm.
Residenz 2000 offers the guests a great variety of games, including a Playstation 3, various board games and also a DVD player with a selection of more than 400 DVDs.
We offer a rich breakfast on a daily basis from 7:30 to 10:30 am.
If you want to experience more of Berlin's rich cultural landscape, its beautiful sights and its exhilarating nightlife, we are happy to assist you in doing so.

The beds and mattresses of hotel quality have been completely renewed during our extensive refurbishment process in early 2011.

Location Information

Our hotel is situated in the southwest centre of Berlin, in the district of Steglitz. The proximity to the Free University, Botanical Garden and Berlin’s largest and most popular shopping street: Schlosstrasse in Steglitz, makes the hostel’s location its main assets. Lots of greenery, lakes, museums and our close proximity to local attraction is our starting point .You can also take the S1 train (S-Bahn line 1) that offers a 24-hour service to city centre and to Brandenburg Gate (journey time approximately 17 minutes.) On special holidays such as New Year's Eve and/or for larger groups, we offer to drive our guests to their destination anywhere in Berlin and return them safely back home by the end of their trip (return ticket €4.00 per person).
