Liked: Great location and easy to find, within a five-minute walk of a very well-connected U-Bahn station. Friendly staff who all seem to speak a dozen languages. Clean, safe and quite funky converted industrial building. Excellent breakfasts from 7am-noon (the usual cold cuts, cereals, cheese, breads, really good coffee and some more interesting options like caprese salad) - and they seem to have taken note of the complaints in previous reviews about orange juice; it's now provided for free, rejoice! Free wifi is a nice touch, or you can use the hotel computer for a reasonable 50 cents/15 minutes. The bar is well priced and well stocked. The decor in the rooms is basic but cosy, the beds are comfortable, the showers always hot and very clean. Fresh towels were always provided by a smiley cleaning team. The hotel was flexible about our check-out time, as we weren't flying until the late afternoon. Next to the Mehringdamm U-Bahn station is the best kebab stand, Mustafa's - one Dürüm and we were hooked; there's a huge queue at every time of day but absolutely worth the wait. The Beer Express bar and the Currywurst stand next door are also both good, with friendly staff and very reasonable prices. They're all open late.

Disliked: The courtyard is a little noisy first thing in the mornings.

Liked: The best hostel in Europe!! Very clean! Great breakfast!! Absolutely loved it there..!

Disliked: The wifi didn't work in all the rooms but worked prefectly in the lobby

Liked: Great clean room that was pretty spacious. Great cafe with a decent breakfast. It wasn't as awesome or "famous" as they made it out to be, but it was decent enough. Could include orange juice instead of selling it at the counter. that's just a turn off.

Disliked: I disliked the fact that the shower is programmed to run out after about 30 seconds, like those taps in public toilets. Just install a normal shower! Disliked that you had to pay for orange juice during breakfast. come on, it's just orange juice!

Liked: Breakfast was really good. Location helped us to travel all around the city easiliy. Hotel building was interesting. Desk clerks were kind and helpful.

Liked: Very clean hostel, close to the center of Berlin, friendly staff and very good breakfast.

Disliked: sometimes noisy on the hallways from other guests of the hostel.

Liked: Fantastic quirky rooms, wonderful ice cream palour across the road! Set close to the city centre in an area with a really fun atmosphere - try the kebaps and the Currywurst on the road leading to the hostel!!

Liked: Great place i would go there again if i was going to Berlin But it is a Hotel there is no Kitchen for you to make your on food

Liked: Only thing that I didn't like is noise. It is quite noisy in the morning. Noise were coming from the garbage men that are working in the early morning. Other things are quite dissent and acceptable.
