Liked: everything.I heavy recommend this property to everybody, specially familys who are looking for a good place to stay . Staff attencition is really friendly, wonderfull, breackfast pretty good. Excellent value for money.

Liked: Location was way to far from actual centre of Berlin. Took three trains to get to potsdammer platz.Breakfast was very good though.advertised Internet and laundry, when wechecked in we found out laundry was 10 euro and net 8 euro per hour only for WLAN,had no computers. This is not a hostel, was a last resort for us. Though was so nice to come back to our room with beds made and cleaned.
Disliked: jake left no negative feedback.

Liked: to be honest i didn't expect as high standard as i've received! great hotel and service! delicous breakfast. i will come back there, for sure!
