Liked: Good location with easy access to public transport stations, shopping centre, market, restaurants, attraction sites... Quiet, safe and secure. Friendly and helpful staffs. Tourist info, luggage storage, internet and coffee available. Cost-saving for acceptable quality.

Liked: when I stayed the room I got was simple, nice, clean and comfortable. Great value for money. Its location is off a main shopping street. 7 minutes walk from the underground.

Disliked: nothing really to complain about, small things like the shower door not closing properly and water leaking on the floor and a doorlatch that was difficult to get to catch. Minor quibbles.

Liked: Helpful staff, free internet, clean enough room.

Disliked: Just had a few personal troubles here but was ok as a place in general. Bit pricey.

Liked: Fairly good location, friendly staff, nice but expensive breakfast.

Disliked: Hotel seemed slightly tired and lacking in atmosphere. Looked a bit dirty and dingy.

Liked: High ceilings. Free coffee.

Disliked: Shower missing a door. Found a piece of broken glass under the blanket. No kitchen for guests. No wifi on our floor. Pricey breakfast. Boring location.

Liked: To be honest.. not much.

Disliked: Staff was rude and not helpful. Hotel was unsafe (my drunk neighbor kicked a hole in my door at 2 am). Extremely expensive for what I was getting.

Liked: Very reasonably priced. Centrally located with easy access to all interesting sights. Good restaurants nearby for evening meal.

Disliked: Nothing in particular. One can't expect top of the range facilities etc. if you don't spend 'an arm and a leg'!

Liked: everything was just great, especiall the location and the price!

Disliked: the wifi signal in our room was very poor, there was a computer at the reception, where we could use interenet, but only one.

Liked: Very comfortable atmosphere, quiet, relaxed and cheap... ideal for a round trip due it's location. The nearby is full of cafe and restaurants as well as S-Bahn, DB and Ungerground.

Disliked: Linen was not changed if guest don't ask to before the room cleaning. Wifi-range is very short, you have to go to reception lounge in order to reach internet.

Liked: Really great base to explore the centre of Berlin. Hotel is on the doorstep of the popular shopping and tourist area and the old centre of Western Berlin, so if you want bright lights and hustle and bustle this is a good choice. The hotel itself is very quiet and peaceful and there was no noise at night. The hotel did feel more like apartments as the reception and breakfast room were on separate floors and so we had very little contact with these areas.

Disliked: Breakfast is offered, but it was 10 euros per person! A bit disappointed that I had to opt out as I specifically chose a hostel that offered breakfast.

Liked: Very clean, location well I don't think you can get any more down in the city, you walk out and you are in front of the old church. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was good. very secure and quiet. I traveled with my GF and we were both very satisfied.

Liked: Nice location with a view of the Gedächtniskirche. Friendly staff.

Disliked: There was no shower on our floor. The beds were not that comfortable.

Liked: good location

Disliked: showers, toilets, and sink located in the same room - people who were uncomfortable showering while other people were in the room tended to lock the main door to the bathroom.....leaving no toilets and sinks available for the whole floor. they need to make separate shower facilities!!

Liked: Very easy to get to from the airport. Nice rooms.

Disliked: Very loud neighbourhood. The men's shared bathroom only had 1 toilet/shower/sink for the whole floor. Had to wait quite often to use them.

Liked: good location, just next to the Church, but be prepared to be woken up by the Church's bell!stable wifi, clean room, we love the fruits served in the common area

Disliked: the wall of the bathroom is made of see-through glass, then wt's the use of it? It make us very embarrassed while bathing. Everyone can watch you bathing while they go to toilet.
