Liked: It was quiet comfortable, huge bathroom,bedroom. There is a delicious turkish restaurant few meters away from the entrance, on the central street. Near the metro station.

Liked: Good price/quality ratio. Very good location since it is near both S and U-bahn stations.

Liked: We stay in the outside the hotel for 2 houres because don´t have reception. The Staff no speak one word of english. The cleannes is bad, dirty. The location is far to the center. The value price is bad. I don´t recommend this "PENSION" an otherone.

Liked: Nice room with TV, just two rooms for a bathroom, so pretty familiar.. Helpfull stuff but not really a 24 hour reception, maybe because of newyear.. We didn't try the "breakfast". Just arround the corner from the Underground and S-bahn, with a supermarkets around. Really just 15 Minutes to Alexanderplatz.

Liked: war nur eine nacht in der pension grand und habe darum nicht allzuviel mitbekommen. komfort ist nicht der wahnsinn, aber im allgemeinen sind die zimmer sehr großzügig gehalten. das bad und das WC am ganz auch okay und mäßig sauber. das personal ist aus russland, spricht aber deutsch und ist sehr bemüht. bzgl. free breakfast, würd ich mich mich noch mal erkundigen, konnte es aus zetlichen gründen nicht in anspruch nehmen, glaube aber, dass es kostenpflichtig ist. neben der pension wird auch ein café (bzw. eine kleine bar) betrieben. verkehrsanbindung ist toll. haltestelle hermannstraße ist mit den S-bahnen gut zu erreichen. und die hermannstraße an sich bietet auch einkaufsmöglickeiten usw. für ein paar nächte für menschen, die nicht eher preiswert als luxuriös wohnen wollen, durchaus empfehlenswert. hoffe ich konnte euch ein bisschen helfen :-)

Liked: the facility to reach all berlin throw the nearset station , the neighberhood is not the top but its easy to reach the centre of berlin and get back by the transport in comment which is safe and easy , the hotel is quite good .

Liked: Cannot comment on it. The property is located in a 'bad" area. Litter - clothing and toys are disguarded and left for days on the street. A business person, who lives close by, walked me back one night to the Hotel (upon revealing the location) for safety reason. I was unable to enjoy a night out on the City, which is a "must do" for a tourist. I can only affort a reasonable place, and can be satisfied with a clean bed and bath always. I do not expect much! The owner does not live on the premises and is not available to "fix" a problem. The bathroom was totally flooded one night by a guest (Chinese), and the same guest had a non-paying friend staying over several nights who kept on knocking on my door for help.
