Liked: It's really nice, clean and secure. It is more of a hotel than a hostel.

Disliked: It is a bit far - you need to take the S-Bahn and then a bus to get there. The internet is not free.

Liked: Clean, big rooms with a big bathroom and shower. We got a twin room but pushed the beds together to make a double bed and the cleaners changed the sheets each day and pushed the beds back to the way we had left them which we appreciated. Hotel staff were extremely helpful answering any questions about getting into the city and using different tour groups and cannot be complimented enough.

Disliked: It was a little out of the way, a 20 minute tram.

Liked: I liked the fact that it was calm and silent during the nights. It was comfortable too.

Disliked: The pillows were too big, it was quite unusual. Also it would have been more convenient if there had been something to put the shampoo bottle on in the shower room.

Liked: Great rooms, shared bathroom but with another room. good staff!

Disliked: Far from the city center. You have to walk 10min and then take a 20min Tram to Alexanderplatz. But you can see the eastern Berlin.

Liked: The cleaning service as changing the sheets and towels is daily. I have never seen it before in a Hostel service. Excellent!

Disliked: The location. A quite far from the center city, but you have a bus line and a tram line near there, but It is not a relevant problem nevertheless.
