Liked: Very clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds.. Well organized check-in and check-out. Nice stuff. Very good LOCATION! Near of S-Bahn and U-Bahn so that you can fastly get to any place in the center.

Disliked: I booked a DOUBLE room, but I was accommodated in a TWIN room that makes my booking not worth the price I paid for it.

Liked: Rooms were very clean, staff very helpful and bathrooms very clean and functioning!

Disliked: Location is a bit out of the way, 20 minutes on ubahn to city center.

Liked: The location was near a station, the staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. Everybody was really helpful, the checking was quite easily done and the price was modest for the quality of the place.

Disliked: I would have chosen a different brand of toilet paper, but that is all I can complain about

Disliked: Bad internet solution in Swisscom. Better to find a internetcafé. But I did work and school as well when I was there. And that was expensive and slow.

Liked: this place is awesome! nice quiet neighborhood and 10 minute walk to U and S bahn. the room was very clean and modern equipped with tv and phone and very clean bathroom and modern shower. the 10 euro breakfast buffet is well worth it and staff is very helpful, this is a hotel disguised as a hostel and for the price we paid, is an unbeatable value! I will be looking out for this chain of hostels in other German cities in future travels...

Liked: Very nice place, good value for money. Clean and comfortable.Not so far from S-Bahn and U-Bahn station (cca 10 min) and about 20 min by train from the center.Not very cheap breakfast but varied.Wireless in the room not included to the room prize (0,3€ for 1 min).

Liked: We stayed in a 2 star bedroom which is pretty much the lowest rated that they do at this Hotel and the cheapest , the room was on the 6th floor and was very clean, a good size with a very large window. Inside there were two single beds which they said straight away we could push together if we wanted to and with a small tv , desk chair and sink, double wardrobe and shelf with hanging hooks, it has everything you need. For this room category the Bathroom and Showers were shared but on the same floor and always pristine clean.The underground station is about 5 mins walk away as are all facilities and amenities including coffeeshops supermarket etc . This is in area A of the map so tickets are the best price you can get at just over 6 euros for one days travel and within 10 minutes you are in the centre of Berlin. We paid around 150 euros for 5 nights , this kind of price is only usually available if you want to stay in a hostel sharing with other people and the hotel was definately good value for the money paid. The other guests were a mix of young travellers and families or adult and elderly couples , a mixed group which reflects the mixed rates of rooms available I guess. There was a restaurant at the hotel although we did not use it and someone at the reception/bar 24hrs, one night we were back very late around 4am and wanted some food and at reception they have a pizza menu which they will cook for you at any time. Decent tasting like any good take away and large enough for two for about 7 euros. The staff are friendly and will sit and have a chat while you have a drink or something to eat.The rooms are cleaned every day , with fresh towels and bedding each day.Taxi from the hotel to Tegel airport if arranged at the reception is 18 euros.Overall "Cheap as Chips" and great value if what you are looking for is a place to sleep and shower inbetween sightseeing and fine dining/drinking elsewhere like we did :D
