Liked: clean quiet

Disliked: public transport access does not say how far the walk is from the metro stop ie 1.5km with heavy bags through dangerous area - my husband got mugged also hotel recpetion staff on arrival gave worng info that there was no public transport to areoport- so we booked a taxi for next mroning and then mroning staff told us how to get there on publich transport -so it cost us 25euri as we had the taxi already booked and couldnt cancel - not helpful

Liked: had a kitchen with everything included...pots, pans, cutlery, etc. The hotel is close to a Carrefour (about 5 minutes walking distance) so it is easy to buy groceries. As well the Tram stop to get into the city centre is practically in front of the hotel. However, if you choose to walk, it takes about 30 minutes.

Liked: Everything was very good, but according to me it was not the best atmosphere that I have ever seen but it is good. Anyway, the staff was very good. The price is good for the room that we have, the room was really big. There were 2 beds in the room.

Liked: Just your basic hotel, big rooms, nice Vietnamese restaurant downstairs, close to public transport.

Disliked: it was fine for what we needed it for, which was just a room to sleep in.

Liked: It was a very nice room with a small kitchen so we could cook ourselves. The staff was very nice and friendly.

Disliked: The wifi didn't work properly.

Liked: Friendliness. even though i couldnt speak french they made effort to communicate always checking to ake sure i was enjoying my stay

Liked: I liked the fact the property was very cheap, had a kitchen and was on a bus route. I also thought the staff were very helpful as they moved us to another room because our room was too noisy for us.

Disliked: I disiked the location, it is quiet far out of town which isn't really a problem if you drive or during the day. A night however the last bus leaves for the hotel at 21:00 meaning an early night or an expensive taxi ride home. It is also on a main road meaning a lot of rooms are very noisy.

Disliked: It is not located in a nice neighborhood. There is no airconditioning in the rooms.

Liked: Metro to the hotel is fine, but is then a 25 minute walk from there although there are buses which are regular. Great kitchen area, although didn't realise there would be only one bedroom even though was an apartment for 4 people (sofabed instead). Fantastic value for money though!!!

Liked: We waren met een groep en dachten in een hostel terecht te komen, echter waren alle kamers voorzien van een kitchenette + koelkast en magnetron en daarbij was er een ligbad aanwezig in de badkamer. We hebben van geen enkele van de faciliteiten gebruik gemaakt, maar de kamers waren schoon, personeel vriendelijk en vlakbij zit een prima bakker om 's ochtends vers brood te halen. Een aanrader...

Liked: About a 20 minute bus ride (line 14) outside of Toulouse centre, but all worth it when you see what you get for the price! Spacious, clean apartment with a kitchen for an amazing price. Carrefour hypermarket within 10 min walking, cafe/bakery and fruit and veggie market next door, Vietnamese restaurant in the hotel... I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone willing to go a little out of their way for a true bargain!

Liked: Ona arrival we were informed of a local area tax on top of the total sum quoted via hostel bookers. This was the seventh place we were stayingin an we didn't experience the same in any other place! This information should have been included in the email confirming the booking if not before!
