Liked: Good value for money, located within walking distance from the centre of Strasbourg, very decent and clean rooms, nice and helpful staff

Disliked: Walls are very thin and you can hear all the discussions or parties from the rooms next door.

Liked: Great location joined with pleasant and clean rooms, and friendly staff as well make Esplanade a perfect location for a city break. Free WiFi connection (great speed:) was also one of the advantages of the hotel.

Disliked: Irena left no negative feedback.

Liked: Hotel Esplanade was extremely easy to find. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.

Disliked: The staff was not especially warm (though not rude) and the internet was rather slow.

Liked: Good location, friendly personell, tidy hotel, free internet, hot shower, etc. We had a very good stay!

Liked: REasonable hotel. Nothing special though. Clean room/bathroom, decent bed.

Disliked: Not super close to the city centre. Only a short tram ride from it however.

Liked: Location is good, close to city center and streets with restaurants if you travel by car.

Disliked: Towels and sheets hasn't been changed after previous guests as there was a lot of dark hairs all over.

Liked: very good location, rooms are big; clean and very nice. friendly staff. The shower area and toilets are nice as well and the room service for room cleaning is very efficient.

Liked: The hotel is very nice with friendly staff. The rooms are spacious , comfortable , clean and quite. The shower area is also very good and quite big infact. Also the location of the hotel is very good, its on the main Tram line that connects the major attractions in Strasbourg and to the train station. Infact , all the major attractions could be reached by only 20 minutes of walking...if you do not want to take the tram Overall its a very nice place to stay

Liked: Nice and cheap everything was ok,nice and clean. Good size of room.

Disliked: You get what you pay. Nice facilities but the finishing isn't that great. The bathroom was a bit old with a bath and no shower curtain.

Liked: The hotel was relatively close to the city centre (approx. 10 minutes walk) and from the central station, which can be easily reached by the tram (15 minutes). The staff was very friendly, they spoke German and English very well and were very helpful. The location was clean and we had a tv in the room. The price was comparatively cheap.

Disliked: The breakfast was really expensive (8 Euro per person). The is w-lan, but you have to bring your own laptop as there is no computer in the hotel lounge.

Liked: It was a very nice area, near to the city center. Right infront of the door was a tramway station. Breakfast was good.

Disliked: The blankett of our bed wasn't clean (hairs and stains). We asked for a new one and had to change it ourselves. Staff was really unprofessional.

Liked: Friendly staff, clean, close to tram, cheap.

Disliked: Room could use some paint, and the walls were paper thin, so you could hear the tv and other things from the next room.

Liked: Cheap hotel within an easy reach to the city center (a short tram ride or 50 min walk to Petite France, Central Station). We were provided with a free city map at the hotel. Also a free WiFi was quite handy.

Disliked: Not exactly within a walking distance to the city center and major attractions.

Liked: Location. Tram station is beside hotel and access to the center is easy also on foot, it will take about 15/20 minutes. Hotel is clean and price is really good for that you get. I would highly recommend stay there. I notice that prices very higher if you do not book accommodation with internet.

Disliked: Not so much contents for fun.

Liked: Its a nice hotel for the price of a hostel, i reconmend this place to anyone who is going to strassbourg. Tram station is right next to the door makes transportation nice and easy, staff were very friendly, rooms and bathrooms were very clean and well taken care of.

Disliked: when you leave during the day, you have to leave the keys to the room at the counter. They hook them on the wall behind them and it seams easy to reach and take a key. Althought, we did not have any problems with this, none of our stuff was stolen and there is always a staff (24/7) to greet you and give your keys back.

Liked: A clean and rather big private bathroom, TV with many French and German channels, good location just near a tram station and 15 minutes walking distance from Notre Dame. Clean rooms (were cleaned every day and the beds were made neatly). Friendly stuff.

Disliked: No mirror in the room, only in the bathroom. Only one shelf and a rail, no real wardrobe.
