Liked: This was the only hotel available in Strasbourg for the length of our stay for under 200 Euro a night so I guess that was good.

Disliked: The hotel is very expensive considering the quality and the location. The staff is not very helpful. The hotel is also pretty far from the city centre. If you have your own car then it is probably not so bad. The bus stop is fairly close but the buses only run until 23H30 and they are only every hour at night. The location of the hotel is safe enough but the bus stop in town to go back to the hotel is not very safe. My boyfriend and I were attacked as we were waiting for the bus to go back to the hotel one night, so I was absolutely not impressed.

Liked: The staff were really friendly and helpful. It is clean, comfortable and exactly what we were looking for. The only slight downside is that, being 2km from the centre, its best to have a car.

Liked: This hotel was very average- the staff was very friendly and helpful but the location was not very good. It was a long walk from the train station and city center although there was one bus the number 4 that ran through the neighborhood. The neighborhood was a little sketchy, definitely a cheaper part of town so we thought the room should have been cheaper. But overall very clean and satisfactory.

Liked: Convenient location, parking provided, good breakfast available, flexible re arrival time (code for doors sent to us by email and we were asked to wander round the hotel to find a room with the door keys in the outside; the family room found thus was ours!!), low key service but all very satisfactory. Would definitely stay there again.

Liked: We had a (small) room for 4 people, very convenient! The parking is free and safe at night. The hotel is close to the town center where you can go by bus (or car).

Liked: The hotel was nice, but if you show up when reception isn't there, you better find a way to check your e-mail so you can get the access code for your room!

Liked: It's in a quiet and nice area and if you don't have lots of luggage it's no problem to reach it from the main station by foot.So if you're looking for parties at night, that's probably the wrong spot to stay.The staff is really friendly and helpful, only the beds were really creaky.

Liked: the hotel is a bit far from the centre. u need to catch a bus or to have more than 20mins walk. this is the only demerit of the hotel. everything is fine inside the hotel!
