Liked: Parking on site, location with in reach of a service station and close by eating establishment to pick from for an evening meal.

Disliked: On entering the room it was like a sauna (heater going full) and was unbearable so need both window and door to room open to be able to breath but took a while to cool the room down a bit. Window did not work correctly and was broken. Bathroom was damp and shower did not work correctly and curtain sticks to you since it is a very small space, which didn't help when the shower sprayed water all over the ceiling and floor except over your self. The late evening time was exceptionally noise with staff having their own social gather in the hall reception area and no regard to its paying guests. Staff not very helpful with being able to provide information with regards to the local area and tourist information.

Liked: Good curtains, thick and dark so they keep the light out well in the morning. Beds surprisingly comfortable! Although only one pillow, so ended up using the blanket from the bedding to bump up the pillow a bit more.

Disliked: Lack of window or adequate ventilation in the shower/toilet room. Often became damp, stuffy and a bit smelly after showers. Hard to get air into it with just one window into the bedroom.

Liked: It is a clean and safe place to spend the night. They offer private rooms for a very reasonable price.

Disliked: Mostly the location. It was very difficult to find because the numbering system is confusing, and it is also far outside the centre of town. Make sure that you look up the address on google maps before trying to find it on your own, then you should be fine. Otherwise, you may spend an hour searching, as we did...

Liked: The decor was good. But i was so disappointed when i was told there is no bfast incl, even though it says on the web that it is... Be aware, bfast wont be in the price and its actually 7euros per person for a plated ready made bfast - that must be a joke! Better if you take some bfast from the local shop near by. Very disappointed, coz bfast was the most important thing i was looking for when choosing the hostel.... Next time will double check it...

Liked: Checkout is at 12pm, which is good.It is much too far from Rouen proper, and there are only two buses that go there. To try to get the metro from the hotel is also very difficult.Breakfast is overpriced - 7euros per person.
