Liked: Location was close to Paris Nord, comfy, TV, good bed, relatively quiet (except for the jackhammer outside one night), free towels/shampoo/soap. Very cheap for what you get (especially in Paris) and FREE INTERNET!!!!! Get a Paris Visite metro pass for all the days you're staying, you won't regret it. Valid on everything!

Disliked: Toilet seat fell off numerous times... But that's about it!

Liked: The owner was extremely helpful helping us to carry our extremely heavy bags to our room! The room is great (we had been staying in hostels so it was luxury to have our own bathroom). Loved it and would definately stay again.

Liked: For Paris this hotel was very good value. Small but manageable with towels provided and good lighting. The 'tres chic' but noisy cafe strip down stairs was almost completely blocked out when the windows were shut and curtains were very effective (yay). Mostly it was modern and clean, safe and secure. However, our safe did not work, the bed was old and very soft (boo) and the directions we were emailed were complete rubbish. If you take the metro follow these directions: Exit at Abbesses station (take the lift up and don't get out at the first stop - trust me), turn right at the top of the steps and head up Rue des Abbesses for about 200m or so. Rue Audran is about 3 streets up on the left and the hotel entrance is just near the corner.

Liked: Nice neighbourhood filled with bakeries and cafés, much less touristy than the area around Sacre Ceur. The room was clean and had an ok standard. View over the street from the French balcony. Helpful staff.

Liked: Clean, warm, new bathrooms, and friendly staff. Loved the location! Wi fi in room was sometimes a bit tricky but we were always able to get on even if it took a few tries. Highly recommend this hotel!

Liked: The hotel room was basic but very clean. The ensuite was particulary clean and the shower very powerful. The staff where very helpful and their english very good. I would definitly stay here again.

Liked: i loved this hotel. since i made reservation thru hostelbookers, i kinda expected it as one of the hostels that i stayed in other countries, but it was HOTEL, not hostel. Showers, beds, rooms.. it was just absolutelyworth for money. And location was really good, too. (it took less than 2 min. on foot from subway station). I will definately go back this hotel when i go to Paris.

Liked: check in was easy and the staff were friendly. the room was clean upon arrival and every night when we came back. only a block away from the metro and in a cute, vibrant neighborhood. also within a couple minutes walk of sacre coeur, a beautiful spot to visit at night.

Liked: Clean, newly remodeled rooms with nice, good-sized bathrooms. Painting was being done on my floor and they even offered to change rooms if the smell was bothersome.

Liked: This hotel is really worth every penny! It's cheap yet wonderfully located 5 minutes from Moulin Rouge and Sacre Couer, 2 minutes from metro Abesses. Lot's of cosy retaurants and a Starbucks. Helpful staff, and rooms are okay with a french balcony etc. If you want a wonderful stay in Paris for a low budget this is definitely it!
