Liked: The room size was bigger than I expected and the staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Disliked: It felt kind of grimy. Everything was clean but the blankets were very old and kind of discoloured. They also didn't wash the blankets after my previous guest because they smelt like cologne.

Liked: Staff was very friendly. Wifi worked OK.

Disliked: Room was too small and we had to cross thorugh the bed to go to the toilette. Bathroom was too small and once you didnt use the toilet for a while the water turned brown, as if everything was about to return....

Disliked: No kitchen =) Although it's pretty expected, because it's a hotel, not a hostel.

Liked: Says what it does on the tin. Location is okay, relatively easy to reach central Paris locations.

Disliked: Poor facilites, not cheap for quality of room. Clean sheets but 6 of us stayed in different rooms and we were all itchy. Staff was not always willing to help and often seemed angry.

Liked: Away from the noise and crowds of central Paris.

Disliked: Only give hand towels which is quite challenging if you have to use the non-ensuite shower, like I did.

Liked: Hôtel bien insonorisé

Disliked: gestion des chambres! deux nuits de réservées et chambre "occupée" la deuxième nuit!!! Découverte à 23h00 d'une personne dans la chambre réservée laissée il est vrai sans bagages!! Le personnel m'a tout de suite fourni une nouvelle chambre de catégorie supérieure sans aucun frais supplémentaire!! Hôtel sans ascenseur avec 6 étages Pas de climatisation

Liked: Hotel manager friendly and helpful. Really comfortable bed. Very clean, new towels each day. Excellent location for supermarkets and Metro.

Disliked: No fire escape.

Liked: We found hotel ermitage very well kept. It was clean and quiet at night. The room was cleaned and fixed everytime we got back to the room. There was an incident where I left i accidentally left the indoor safe open with all our passports, credit cards and reserve money. We came back with the room cleaned but with all of the safe contents still complete.

Disliked: The hotel is a bit a distance away from Paris center but the neighborhood where it is in is very charming and safe. Wifi doesnt reach up to the 2nd floor, but signal is strong in the office.

Liked: the owner/ manager was a very friendly guy - very helpful

Disliked: the bathroom looked like it hadn''t been cleaned in 10 years - the mold around the showe was disgusting. Its pretty far from city center - everything took 2-3 subway transfers to get to (45 minutes - 1 hour from the eiffel tower)

Liked: I liked that it was close to the metro, and that they provided towels and soaps.

Disliked: No AC, no fans, very small bathroom, still a little pricey for what you are getting.

Liked: The neighborhood was nice and the metro close enough. The room was charming and the facilities very clean.

Disliked: Was in Belleville, therefore not really in the center of Paris.

Liked: Its decent. Clean, and very close to the metro, its not near any of the main attractaions of paris, but its proximity to the metro makes getting anywhere in the city easy. The staff are decent, they speak some english, but its not great. It was clean, and free WiFi was available. The rooms are small, but if your they type who will be out most of the day, then it doesn't really matter. Overall Paris is expensive, and for what you get for your money its pretty good.

Disliked: Could have been closer to the city center, not a social place.

Liked: Really close to Metro, but away from the tourist part of the city. Lots of restaurants and bakeries for breakfast. Bed was big for 2 people and we had a bathroom in our room which was tiny but great to have.

Disliked: Smelled like cigarettes most of the time. Says no smoking but there is an ash tray in the room so most people in other rooms do smoke and it smells, but you get used to it as Paris as a whole smells like cigarettes. =)

Liked: Location: good (less than 5 minutes from the Metro; lots of shops and supermarkets nearby).Price: 45 Euros/night for a single room on the 6th floor (without lift), but I think this is a normal price in Paris.Although the sheets and towels were not particularly clean, overall I found myself well and would stay there again.

Disliked: Claudio Ruggiero left no negative feedback.

Liked: It is located in an interesting neighbourhood (Jourdain) and is close to the metro and to a Velib bicycle hire point. There are some cool cafes in the neighbourhood where you can go for breakfast (eg. Les Rigoles, 334 rue des Pyrénées). The hotel is clean.
