Liked: They have 24hrs reception service, which is great if you want to have a late night out. The building is in need of a refurbishment & painting but the room (with 3 single beds and a bathroom) was of a good size and bright. We slept quite well (no noisy guests + the street is quite too) and the mattresses were confortable. The bathroom was cleaned every day and the shower was decent too. Excellent value for money specially considering the location - we (3 girls) felt very safe in the area even at late hours. I would definitely recommend it.

Liked: Some of the staff were extremely friendly and went beyond what could be expected in terms of their helpfulness. Other staff members, however, were not so friendly, even bordering on rude. But on the whole, good value for money, and very well located - away from the tourist traps that are prevalent in Paris, but still central and close to the great spots of Eastern Paris

Liked: Very helpfull crew. Highly recommended. Very close to Charonne and volaire metro stations 15 minutes to City Centre by underground. Good localisation 24 hours reception and everyone was very helpfull. if you can't speak french they will try to speak english! highly recommended

Liked: Fredrico on reception was a top bloke and extremely helpful with excellent english. Breakfast good, staff great. 20 minute walk to centre of Paris, 2 minute walk to metro. Would highly recommend Hotel Belfort.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped with places to visit, how to get to places, recommendations for restaurants and bars.The room was very spacious. The only problem was the room was cold.

Liked: The hotel and her staf where very charming, gave us a real Paris feeling. When we arrived we even got a room for three people in stead of two and breakfast was included. Room was pretty big for Paris standards and included a bathroom with a big bath. Good value for your money. The location was great, two metro stops at both sides and nearby the Bastille. We would definitly stay here again.

Liked: It was good value for money, and close to the tube station, and close to the venue for a gig we were going to. The reception was open all night, and the staff were very friendly and willing to help.
