Liked: Safe, clean, friendly and helpful staff and well worth the money! Cleaners comes in every day, our room was always spotless when we came back at the end of the day! And it's just a few minutes walk away from the metro, easy to find. And only a 10 minute walk from the Bastille where there are lots of shops and restaurants (ask at reception, they are very helpful). Also, there is a lovely little bakery 5 metres from the hotel for breakfast, as the hotel don't include breakfast in the stay, you have to pay for it.

Disliked: Few minor things: internet doesn't reach top floor, shower is very small (don't recommend having a shower with your partner, it's a tight squeeze!), and one day the cleaner walked into the room while we were still in bed, but later apologised. For some reason she wasn't aware of anyone being in the room.

Liked: The price was amazine - 24 euro per night for each person! wow! AND we had an ensuite! The staff were really friendly and helpful. Some people may not like the plainess of brekkie but I thought it was waaay better than the usual cornflakes and toast you get at budget places. The brekkie ladies didn't know english but all you had to say is "cafe" or "chocolat" and whatever the word is for tea... free wifi was really good - we were able to get it in our room but we were on the 1st floor.

Disliked: Didn't like that we had to hand in our key when we left the hotel... epscially coz when I went to get it back he didn't ask me for ID he just handed it over to me - that's a little worrying - but other than that I thought the place was great.

Liked: Friendly staff, very clean room, great location.

Disliked: The street is a bit noisy, as well as the room doors opening and closing, but this is to be expected. The big issue I had was leaving the room key at reception everytime we left the property.

Liked: The rooms are exactly like the photos they show. I booked 1 double and 1 triple, and both were very clean and comfortable. It is situated just a block away from the underground and the zone was nice, with a lot of restaurants. The personal is very friendly and helpfull.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: The bed was really nice. 24/7 there is a person at the reception.

Disliked: The shower was pretty small. Also the head of the shower wasn't really able to connect to the wall so you had to sort of hold it...

Liked: The beds were clean and the shower was hot, which were the main important points that we needed. Also, was in an ok neighborhood but it was a little desolate at night - definitely better than the hotels in Gare du Nord which is a dangerous place.

Disliked: The wi-fi internet didn't work at all and the room could use a bit of a refresher. You could hear other guests through the walls.

Liked: Good location, easy to get everywhere by metro. Pére Lachaise Cemetery and Bastille within walking range. Food shop at the corner. Friendly staff, most of them spoke English sufficiently. Rooms were cleaned every day and we got new towels every day. A TV in the room (but we didn't use it). Leaving our baggage there and coming back for it in the last afternoon was no problem.

Disliked: Our shower wall was a bit damaged so there was no way to avoid making a pool on the floor when having a shower. But it wasn't that bad. There was no wifi, only an old computer in the lobby. But nothing to discourage me from staying there again or recommending it.

Liked: Cheap but very clean - beds were made every day and toiletries provided every day. Handy location. Staff very accommodating.

Disliked: The description said that breakfast was included - in fact you had to pay for it.

Liked: nice little place with friendly staff. very good value.. I would gladly stay again, close to metro line (which means your not far from anything if you get underground asap when visiting paris)

Disliked: It was not our first time in paris so not being very central wasn't an issue for us. it required a change in metro lines to get to main attractions. So it may not be ideal for paris first timers although with the metro lines being so good this is just a personal preference.

Liked: Amazing location in the heart of Brussels! Great rooms with beautiful views and comfortable beds. Yummy breakfast. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Liked: It is quite close to a nearby grocer so getting food and essentials are definitely easy. It is also near to a metro station so getting around Paris is not much of a problem also. Rooms were clean, a welcomed plus.

Disliked: The walls are too thin so you can easily overhear what is going on next door. The wifi connection is also unstable and constantly provided problems. The hotel is also far from the main attractions so you have to take the metro down.

Liked: Very good value for money, 27.50 euro each per night. The location was good. The rooms were clean. Not stylish or anything fancy but good for a short stay - exactly what I was looking for. The receptionists and staff were all friendly and welcoming. Beds were clean and pretty comfortable. There were a few marks on the walls but not a problem. Didn't have the breakfast. I would return to Belfort if i was to stay in Paris again.

Disliked: -When we left the hotel to go out, we had to give the key to the receptionist. On returning to the hotel there was a new receptionist and all I had to do was say the number of the room we were in and we would be given the key. No ID had to be shown or anything which was a tiny bit worrying. -No safe in the room - When we had checked out at the end of the trip, we wanted to leave our bags for a couple of hours somewhere as our return train was much later in the day. there was nowhere safe to leave them, we put them on a shelf in the lobby.

Liked: Enjoyed my stay. For the money it is well worth staying here. Short walk to the metro..we got our own room with a bathroom. Older room, but fresh sheets and beddind made all the difference. Breakfast included. Simple but enough to get you going. Very helpful staff. Overall great experience and I would go there again!

Disliked: Internet was down when I was there but they fixed it quickly

Liked: rooms are big enough and clean. Also the staff is very helpful. location is near the metro stop and the bastille. It was good to stay there.

Disliked: Breakfast was a problem. After we go there they said breakfast is not included in our reservation. Also there were no wi-fi.

Liked: Very good place to stay for the money, nice location - there is a small supermarket on the corner, for cheap snacks. Metro station close, and not far from the centre. The hotel was quite clean, and the staff was friendly. Good shower, hot water. I would recommend it.

Disliked: Just one thing - the TV in the room was not working.
