Liked: The room was stark, but it was sufficient for the price. The elevator was a bit small, and it is a bit difficult to get to from the metro.

Liked: The staff was extremely helpful and spoke both English and French. The room was spotless and had hot showers 24 hours as advertised. The linens and towels were clean and fresh and regularly replaced. The hotel was only a 5 minute walk from a metro station and surrounded by restaurants and pharmacies. There is a room to store baggage and the breakfast is excellent. They offer croissants, baguettes and your choice of hot chocolate or coffee. There are a range of condiments and everything is fresh. Internet is also available in the lobby for a small fee. The overall experience was amazing and I would definitely go back.

Liked: It had a very welcoming atmosphere and the 24 hour reception was great! There were a lot of young people from around the world there, which made meeting people much easier, and they were super-efficient - our bathroom floor flooded and after telling them of the problem there was a plumber in our room within 15 minutes!

Liked: Rooms were clean and private with own bathroom and TV. Never had this for only 20 a night. The staff could do more to help tourists and give them some good advice about travelling around. No maps were provided.
