Liked: It's not a Hostel, it's more like a hotel. We booked in at very late notice in the middle of August and the actual hostels were booked up. You have to have private rooms. The prices for people that walk in off the street are twice as much compared with advanced bookings through hostelbookers. I don't know why this is (possibly an error) and whether it will continue but we got a very very comfortable hotel standard double room + large shower room for next to nothing!! If I could duplicate the circumstances then I would definatley revisit Hotel Ideal!

Liked: First thing Location. Its just 15 min. walk from the Hotel to the Eiffel Tower. Next, the staff is very helpful and can advise you with enough patience regarding your day trip / plan.

Liked: Loc: 5 min walk from Charles Michels stop on line 10. Close to (south) of the Eiffel Tower. Laundry services 300m away. Great family-run Lebanese restaurant across the street. English-speaking and extremely helpful staff.
