Liked: Great location, felt very secure, staff was helpful to international guests. breakfast was tasty, too!

Disliked: Wifi only in reception area and one guest service agent even turned if off at night. Not ideal for those planning out a trip day by day. Would have been better in every room and definitely 24 hours!

Liked: the staff let us into the room before check-in time and we didn't have to wait!!! they also let us leave our suitcases after check-out till the evening! Sheets, towels, bathroom were clean

Disliked: a little bit cold in rooms, in general looks shitty what kills a little bit an atmosphere of Paris. Elevator is super dirty. At the breakfast there were never enough croissants for everyone so some of us were just eating baguette with jam...

Liked: Very well located in Paris, not far from Bastille. Comfortable bed and shower. Good breakfast. Great price.

Disliked: wifi only on the reception area. Breakfast is compulsory but not included in the adverised price (hidden cost). Emoloyees at the reception are not fluid with languages. Tiny elevator (normal in Paris).

Disliked: Terrible staff service. All staff rude and unhelpfull. The rooms were the dirtiest we have ever been in. Very noisy all night. Unimpressive breakfast.

Disliked: Unclean, night staff unhelpful, wifi only works in in lounge, coffee at breakfast terrible, beds uncomfortable, very noisy walls are very thin

Disliked: There is no wifi in the room. The cup on the washbin is a little bit dirty. But it is quite nice overall.

Liked: The hotel is pretty central, in the vicinity of 3 metro stations. The breakfast, even if the same everyday (coffe/chocolate/cappuccino + croissant + baguette + butter + jam), tastes ok.

Disliked: I haven't been to so dirty hotel before. The blankets and pilllows had stains, there were some hair on the carpet and hardly any light in the bathroom. At first we weren't given the towels and when they eventually gave us some, there were quite small (but just washed, thanks God).

Liked: Well located. Restaurants, bars and three subway stations nearby. Room simple but very good and great shower.

Disliked: The cleanup of the rooms was not very good. We found bedbugs in the beds.

Liked: Just the location! JUST

Disliked: Every thing! It was awful! Every thing was dirty, The sheets were so dirty and they seemed they've been since 100 years a go!!!! Room was so small, there were 4 beds in a really small room, there was no space to walk in the room, bathroom was so dirty, breakfast was just butter and jam and the staff didn't give me even an extra butter!!!! just a shity!

Disliked: Parking 20 euros, small room/beds, but what else can you expect in Paris. Better than average.

Disliked: etverything - we asked to be moved from a room that had never been cleaned - they were indifferent to our complaints but moved us to another room that was not much better - this hotel was the last of 6 hotels we had stayed in on a European trip - and the only one booked with your company - we paid the same price for hotels in Germany, Switzerland and Lyon and they were much better value for money - we didn't think it was a good advetisement for you

Liked: Good location, decent breakfast and pretty clean rooms

Disliked: Not so friendly staff, paying soon after arriving in hotel (immediately), hotel was renovating at the time so wires were hanging in the halls.
