Liked: Location

Disliked: Some 6 people bedrooms were actually 5 people bedrooms with an improvised extra bed chucked in. Noises that other guests make can be heard extremely loudly. At time of arrival there was construction work going on, which wasn't always left cleanly.

Liked: Good location, helpful staff. Clean and modern hotel.

Disliked: I booked what was described as an 'en suite' room. It had a shower and sink, but not a toilet. To me, this doesn't count as an en suite room. The WiFi network in the hotel did not work at all during my eight day stay, and hadn't been working for at least a few days before my arrival.

Liked: Location, short metro ride into city centre. 24 hours reception

Disliked: BED BUGS!!!!!! Got bitten all over, I never knew how bad it could be. WIFI didn't work in room, I was forced to use the wifi in the lobby. No lift, have to take luggage up narrow and uneven stairs. Night time receptionist had no english at all. No late night dining options near-by, even mcdonalds was closed by 1. Bed Bugs.

Liked: Excellent location in 12e, close to a bunch of bakeries for having breakfast, restaurants for lunch and bars for going out in the evening. Staff was very friendly. The common restroom was very clean.

Disliked: The matresses on the bunk bed weren't very comfortable.

Liked: It is close to the metro station. The staff is very friendly and goes the extra mile.

Disliked: Nothing. Very clean, good service, good value for money!

Liked: It was situated 10mins frim the Bastille area which felt safe. The staff were very friendly and spoke English well. Free wi-fi was available too.

Disliked: My sliding shower door didn't slide.

Liked: Nice room with bathroom (shower) ensuite. Very friendly and helpful staff. Near the Bastille and Metro station. Nice location for shopping and have drinks.

Disliked: Toilet on the floor. Luggage room costs 5,- EUR.

Liked: Great location, especially if coming from or going to Gare de Lyon. Easy metro access, clean rooms and bathrooms, nice and helpful staff. Free wifi in rooms.

Disliked: 5 euro fee to keep baggage.

Liked: I was pleasantly suprised when I arrived. The staff were incredible. The location is perfect.

Liked: I will not recommend this hostel to anyone. It is not valued. It is not only 200 metres from the train station, not lift, but long and narrow stairs. no light, no hot shower in the room. Noisy.

Disliked: small room, no hot shower, no lift, no attached toilet. no light, no hair dryer.

Liked: Very friendly lady at the reception desk. She was really helpful.

Disliked: The room (private single ensuite) included shower but no toilette.

Liked: I took a school group of 38 pupils to stay in the hotel. The rooms were basic, but clean and good value for money. The location is excellent for school groups - near the Gare de Lyon and Metro stops - and it is a very safe area. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

Disliked: Some rooms do not have toliets - there are shared toilets at the end of the corridor.

Liked: nothin....in fact my room mate got her clothes stolen from the housekeeping......a brand new cardigan....and it was not cheap....lets just say that.

Disliked: small room, garish bedcovers, bad bathrooms....the list goes on....thx god i was there for only 2 nights
