Liked: Apartment was great looking! We had a lot of place and a balcony. Very nice. We will come back!

Disliked: We booked two nights. We came at 8:45 pm and we couldn't check in because nobody was there. The reception is closing at 8 pm. We called emergency number but nobody was answering. We needed to find another place to stay for the first night. Next morning we came to check in and got the apartment for second night. They were fair and they didn't charge us for the first night.

Liked: 1. There is a small kitchen with a small fridge, so you can make some simple food, in case you do not want spend a lot of money in the city. 2. There is a shop nearby, where you can buy some food and drinks.

Disliked: 1. It is far from the city and you need to pay for the transport. Sometimes it is possible to jump over barriers in the late evening, but the security guy sits pretty often at the hostel station. While being in the city we always have a bad feeling that we might not catch the last train to the hostel. 2. The staff was not really friendly and the girls were barely speaking English. 3. The towels ARE NOT changed no matter how long you stay there. So, if you do not have your own towel, enjoy using the dirty ones. 4. You are OBLIGED to clean the room after your stay, otherwise you get a fine of 50 euro. 5. The payment was credited from the CREDITCARD without any notice in advance without the owners permission! 6. The hostel was rather dirty. The trashbin in the lobby was breaking under the weight of the garbage. 7. One lamp in the bathroom was not working. I could not shave properly. 8. The sink in the bathroom was barely hanging on the wall. I was afraid that it can brake any minute. 9. The bed was an old sofa, which you need to open and make a bed out of it. It was VERY uncomfortable. 10. There were NO CURTAINS on the windows, so we needed to use very inconvinient jalousie, which were blocking the fresh air. Otherwise all the people from the inside garden could see what is happening inside!11. There was no conditioning, obviously. Sweating in the summer is guaranteed.

Liked: The staff was very helpful! She helped us with an early check-in at around 12 noon even though the website stated that check-in was only allowed from 4pm-8pm. The studio apartment had its own kitchen and it was awesome, especially with a supermarket 5 minutes away. We did some cooking and saved quite a bit on meals! The hotel was located in a pretty safe area, as the people around were friendly, giving us directions and all. Definitely a place to stay in should you want to head to Disneyland!

Disliked: No daily housekeeping services were provided (we were there for 2 days only though, but be a one-off incident).

Liked: I did not like anything about this property

Disliked: My experience was terrible. We had to sleep in the lobby the first night because no one was available or on call to let us check into our room. The emergency number did us no good because no one answered the phone. We were not the only guest that week that had to sleep in the lobby of the Hotel, the last day of our stay we walked down to the lobby to find 8 people sleeping on the floor of the lobby.

Liked: I really liked that it offered quite affordable private room options. Also, everything was very clean, I felt very safe, and we even had a large balcony and full kitchen as part of our private room - all for less than 30 euros per night in a place easily accesible from Paris, one of the most expensive cities to find a hostel in. Plus, because the hostel is located outside of the city, we got to see some "Parisian countryside" and it was very easy to get to Disneyland Paris the day that we went (it is on the same metro line). Very good place to stay.

Disliked: I would have preferred that the hostel be closer to Paris or in a more lively area. The one night we ate near the hostel, we had to walk about 30 minutes (1) to find a place to eat and (2) to find a place to eat that was open at only 9:30.

Liked: The location is good if you want to go to Disneyland. For an apartment, this place sure is cheaper than any other apartments.

Disliked: You must be very particular if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours. The cleanliness could be improved. Otherwise it is a good choice of place to stay.

Liked: Secure, ideally situated inbetween disney and the city of paris. the apartments were much bigger and better than expected with a balcony, large living room, good utensils in the kitchen, en suite bathroom, plasma, internet. Great value for money and the nearby shop and train station are less than 5 mins walk.

Disliked: could of done with directions from the station because although it is less than 5 mins walk away, if you walk the wrong way you could get a little lost. Has to be noted that not all of the trains going 2 disney stop at bry-sur-marne, although alot do.

Liked: Easy to get to, cheap in comparison (although only on Hostelbookers) and free wifi for 5 hours.

Disliked: Only one small bin provided but this probably more a negative for the poor cleaning person that has to pick rubbish off the floor.

Liked: First of all, the rooms are great! There is a bathroom (toilet and shower), a kitchen and tv - it's pretty much a hotel with hostel prices! It was quiet and relaxing, comfortable beds. Great value for money - 25euro each a night, which is not bad at all for Paris and it was the best we could find. Close to Disneyland too! Free wifi in the rooms.

Disliked: The location is a little far from central Paris, and you have to pay extra for multiple zones when taking the metro (3.25 euro one way) but it only takes 20minutes and considering the price of the hostel it is worth its money.

Liked: Best Choice on Quality / Price Ratio Has a small Kitchenette which make even more profitable Even when I put Average on Cleanliness and Facilities, has the same level or even better than other more expensive choices at Paris

Disliked: Location its outside the first 3 Metro Zones in Paris

Liked: Great space for the price, good kitchen facilities, very close proximity to both RER station and large supermarket. Very very good value for money considering we had what seemed like a mini house to stay in!

Disliked: 1 blocked sink which was slightly annoying, broken kitchen light, minor quibbles really!

Liked: Excellent. It looks like far away from centre but you can go only one train and same train goes to Paris city centre. Also it is so cheaper. I think that manager must incrase the price :) The best accomodation i have ever stayed. I am sure that the accomodation is better than my home. :)

Disliked: elifhan kiymet left no negative feedback.

Liked: Location is great. Although its in zone 4 where cannot be reached by using metro day pass, it's only 2 mins walk from bry-sur-Marne station and it takes only around 15 mins to reach central Paris. We used day pass and get off in spathe last station in zone 3 then buy a ticket to bry-sur-Marne . But u can just jump over the exit gate as the rail staffs woldnt care and I did it since my 2nd day lived in there :p. I lived in a 2 person studio, got a microwave, sauce pan, fry pan, 2 hob, some basic cutlery. Can do some cooking for budget travellers. It's like living in apartment, the whole recidence is secured by a password gate and another one in each block. It's not as sociable as living in hotels tho,.

Disliked: A. Bit too quiet for single female travellers. Reception. It 24 homers, if u lost ur keys and gate password, that would be Nightmare.

Liked: I usually stay in a comfortable hotel whenever i travel with my family and usually the price of that kinda hotel is definitely not affordable for us students. I wasnt expecting to get a good place to stay with the price that was offered by city residence but i was completely shocked when i saw the room (in a good way of course)! It was fully equipped! Spacious! Clean! Comfortable! I'd definitely recommend this place to my family n friends :) Since we're muslims, it was easy to find halal food as halal restaurants are located just the next train stop (@ Neuilly Plaisance). We couldnt find any grocery shop near the hotel so luckily there's a big supermarket at neuilly plaisance too :)

Disliked: We had to pay more for the train cuz Bry Sur Marne is not in Paris City. And there's no room service to clean our room eventho we stayed there for 3 nites.

Liked: Short work to train station (although far out from city centre), good to have a few kitchen appliances - microwave (although it overheated instantly), stove top, and fridge. Clean bathroom. Spacious room. Large supermarket around the corner.

Disliked: Staff unfriendly & not wanting to talk to you. Daily room cleaning not included in the over-all price which we didn't realise. Because the closest train station is far out from the city centre, train tickets cost more.

Liked: Even though the hostel is a bit far from the city centre, the rer/bus connections are good, the nearest rer station is about 200 meters away and the ride to the centre takes aprox 20 mins. Also, the hostel is in a peacefull area, which gave me a very secure feeling and a good night sleep:) I would advice a different location if you want to socialise with other trawellers or party hard:D overall, i was very pleased with my room and would recomend a stay in this hostel

Disliked: The wi-fi was free at my room, but only for 1 hour. The walls throughout the entire faccility were stained.
