Liked: It's biggest strength is the price, followed the excellent surroundings (walking distance), namely MacDonalds (open till midnight) and Ed Dia (it's a really cheap supermarket where you can go get your breakfast for your whole stay instead of paying 8€ to eat at the hotel, the breakfast is pretty bad considering the price you pay for it). It also has a great deal of restaurants including Chinese and Japanese (average of 10/12€ per meal). Overall I think that if you want a really cheap place to sleep when visiting Paris this is a good place for you.

Disliked: I would have to say the lack of cleanliness of the place. When I arrived there on the first day, the supposedly clean sheets were stained, with some kind of feces.. not a pretty sight indeed(or smell..). But it was just a little stain and they took the dirty sheet away and it was all fine, except for the leftovers of peanuts, pills and LOTS of dirt under the bed. Cleanliness is really NOT a priority there. The LOCATION of the property is one of the most present on the "dislike" of the ohter users, but I have to disagree, using Bus 399 from Massy-Palaiseau to Juvisy ( and leaving the bus at Route de Massy - Les champarts) or vice-versa, and the RER ligne B ( it's WAY faster that ligne C ) you can get to the center of Paris in less than 45 minutes. All the airplanes flying to the nearby airport were not so bad, any one used to living in the city will sleep like a baby. Overall I think that if you want a really cheap place to sleep when visiting Paris this is a good place for you.

Liked: I'd booked a room on twin sharing basis & found that the room had an attached bathroom with a toilet. It's something that's not present everywhere. The breakfast was sumptuous & was for just €4.

Disliked: A little too remote from the city. Only one plug point available & that too was in the bathroom.

Liked: It's a very nicely decorated and clean hotel. The staff are great, really helpful and friendly. It's very safe, the rooms are good, with a nice bathroom and television.

Disliked: The only bad thing is the distance from the city. You can catch a bus and a train to the city easily but it's a little bit of a hassle, however this hotel is mainly meant for people who have a car.

Liked: Good price, no problems with staff.

Disliked: - Close to the airport = a lot of noise from the landing planes. - A lot of cigarette smoke in the room. - One night, something was leaking and water falling into plastic bins on the floor in front of our room made a lot of noise.

Liked: The service was really good, and the most that my mate liked was the facilities the staff have to speak another language (different from french).

Disliked: It's really far away from the city. you have to take a train that is called RER B and then a bus in Massy Palaiseau, number 399.

Liked: I didn't like anything about this hotel

Disliked: the staff are not friendly, the location of the hotel is terrible. the planes moving cross the sky flight so low near the hotel that the building shakes each time. There are lots of garages and gas stations around which makes it really noisy and dirty

Liked: Free Parking. Great customer service.

Disliked: The wi-fi disconnects you every 20mins. Beds were tiny and seemed to be just foam on a board - not a proper mattress/ bed. Room was tiny and dirty.

Liked: It was ok for us, I was there with my girlfriend, we had fun. We could use microwave. The center of Paris can be reached in 1 hour (bus299+metro4). There are night buses(N21) as well, so can stay long for party. There is a karaoke bar next to the hotel.

Disliked: The internet was a nightmare to use, it disconnected every 20 minutes. There was only one tv in the "common room" thats all, no more fun. The stuff was mostly friendly, but they could speak English poorly.

Liked: The atmosphere of the hotel and the staff. Although we stayed just for 5 hours maximum it was much more than ok.

Disliked: We got lost in the area surrounding it because we came late from the city center and it was a bit hard to find it.

Liked: There was always a guy at the front desk, so you didn't have to worry about being locked out or anything like that.

Disliked: It was an extremely long way off from where we wanted to be in Paris. Had the location been 15 minutes closer to the Eiffel Tower and what not it would have been perfect!

Disliked: Location, but it could be worse, at least there is a bus that takes you to Paris for 1,80 Euro and it only takes about 15 mins.

Liked: it was super out of the way. it gave poor directions to the hostel and didn't really show itself accurate on the website. I would only reccomend this if you had a car!
