Liked: The location was awesome. The staff was very friendly.

Disliked: There were no guests allowed in rooms which was fine but kinda weird. The wifi didn't really work.

Liked: Clean, fresh towels daily. Has elevator. Near to train station. spacious bathroom. Free wifi.

Liked: The hotel was in Paris near gare du Nord, so the location was very convenient for us, because if you come from Charles de Gaulle airport the direct train to Paris stops here and also all the trains to other destinations in Europe leave from here. The rooms had no airconditioning and were quite hot, also the bad room was not really clean but it was sufficient.

Liked: private bathroom was really good, cleaning staff was really friendly and helpfull, but overbooking of the reception had us panicking, we booked 1 day in advance and they send the cancellation when we were on our way there..

Liked: The staff at night is quite friendly ,really help a lot. However the staff in the morning is not the same. When i ask to use the toilet(becoz we already checked out), he let me to use but he said we used too long, need to get out. Also, he dont give us a cup of hot water. He said hot water should be given after the breakfast time. But it already 10 am.It is not reasonable. Excluding this staff, everything is quite ok. Well location, friendly staff.

Liked: the staff was great, very friendly and helpful. good location- close to 2 main stations. The room is clean and is a good size room- compare to other hotels in Paris ( ven 4 * hotels).
