Liked: For the price we paid and how close this hotel was to Gard de Nord it was great and the breakfast buffet was fabulous!!!

Disliked: Unfortunately we had a blocked sink in our room which we did tell reception about but nothing was done about it, not ideal but otherwise it was a very pleasant stay!!

Liked: The room was very nice. The staff was helpful and helped us order pizzas several nights.

Disliked: The hallways were a little dirty. The double bed was literally two twin beds set next to eachother, therefore they were constantly separating

Disliked: Very small shower. Room temperature air conditioning difficult to control.

Liked: Location-- easy to find and close to metro and train stations. Reception -- nice & pleasant people.

Disliked: Bedbugs!! The first night two hours into my sleep I've been bitten by bedbugs!!! It was a nightmare and really ruined my holiday with bite marks on my face and neck and itchyness. Told the hotel of the problem and they changed the room immediately but I couldn't enjoy the rest of holidays. The floor carpet of the hotel rooms need to be replaced in my opinion.

Liked: Very clean, free wifi, good continental breakfast if you get up early enough with loads of choice. Good shower! Only a few minutes walk from Gare du Nord, very handy. Lots of restaurants and cafes within five minutes walk. Friendly staff at reception. Room comes with a safe to use. Newly decorated. Thanks.

Disliked: Booked a room with a double bed but were given a room with two singles pushed together - not quite the same in our opinion! They say breakfast lasts until 11 but get there by 10 at the latest or all of the decent food will be gone.

Liked: Excellent 3 star hotel. nice staff, confortable rooms and wonderful breakfeast. Very close to gare du nord, which can take you anywhere in Paris. Definitely recommend it.

Liked: The staff are very cheerful and happy to help with anything. It is one of the best hotels I have stayed in due to value for money. I did not think it was possible to get that quality for that price. Very comfortable and very convenient. I will definately return.

Disliked: Nothing. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Liked: It was clean, nicely appointed and had recently had an interior upgrade. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was nice.

Disliked: The included breakfast was great, but in peak times when there were a lot of people and table space was at a premium, there was an almost non-existent turnover of used tables. There was also a lot of noise coming through from the hallway in the morning, we could hear almost everything that went on outside the door.

Liked: Great breakfast, good clean bathroom, nice flatscreen tv, comfy beds and reasonable size room. Close to metro train stations

Liked: Great value for money!! Really nice bedroom (double), clean and modern with TV. And there is an aircondition, which is great because at night you'll prefer to let the weindows closed because of the traffic. Staff was friendly but very busy when we arrived, so we had to wait.. But it was ok. Location: Near the heart of Montmartre and of the Sacre Coeur. Really close to the Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est (7-10min by foot). For us, this was perfect, because we had to catch the train at 6.20 am! We where very content with this hotel!

Disliked: In the bathroom there was no window or ventilation. Because of this, its quite humid and there was a little fungi at the roof.

Liked: Very close to Gare Du Nord which is extremely convenient when catching the eurostar. Our room was tidy and just what we needed, with a small but ok bathroom. Air conditioning was a luxury and so was the free wi-fi.

Disliked: Our t.v. took about 5 minutes to warm up each time we turned it on, the room is nice but bathroom a little cramped, but for what you pay it is far better than a private room at a hostel.
