Liked: We found our stay here very pleasant Our twin room on the first floor with an ensuite was a good size. The staff were very friendly and it was very easy to see the sights via the metro system. The only complaint we had was that it advertised TV in the rooms but there was only one english speaking channel (American CNN) and no way to watch movies which was a bit diappointing. The only other thing was that the shower is very small which made showering a little uncomfortable. We really enjoyed the gererous breakfast included in the price and found our stay real value for money.

Liked: Very close to train station which is very good. Great location for people who have a long stay in Paris. Rooms where very nice and modern. Comfy bed too. Breafast was great too. Its probably not that great for people who have a short stay in paris. I suggest staying somewhere much closer to attractions to save time. Metro system is complicated & expect to que in lines for hours for everything!

Liked: Prima plek, rustige straat, vlakbij Gare du Nord. Kleine kamer maar wel heel netjes. Eenvoudig ontbijt in de kelder (niet zo opgeknapt als rest vh hotel) maar voor dit geld is het prima! Lekker vers brood.

Liked: i like the decor of the hotel and rooms, the cleanliness of the room we stayed in. I love the location - very very convenient. I would love to stay at this hotel again the next time i'm in Paris, especially at the wonderful rate of €99 from HostelBookers. However, we did notice a problem with slow drainage of the water in the sink and shower stall. We stayed in room 207. Not sure if this was just a problem with the room or if all the rooms' bathrooms had the same problem. Other than that, we had a lovely stay!

Liked: Very new bathrooms and pretty good revamp of the hotel in general. Wouldn't pay rack rates but the discounted rate was very good value. Good breakfast to get you going for a big day of site-seeing

Liked: They clearly had renovated the hotel relatively recently, not perfectly updated, but definitely good enough for us! The bathroom had all new fixtures which was nice, however it had the teeniest, tiniest shower i have ever had to shower in! Also, booking through hostelbookers provided us breakfast, which was a definite bonus for us. The rate was worth it for us via hostelbookers. Their regular rates were much higher.Note: the location was only okay - pretty close to gare du nord (main station) but i think in the future, we would have preferred to have stayed closer to maybe the area of the eiffel tower, etc. but, that's just a personal preference. :)

Liked: After having stayed in various hostels for a month prior to our arrival in Paris, this was one of the few places where their facilities lived up to their advertisement. Very trendy, friendly, clean, AIR-CONDITIONED, and well worth the price. Close to the main train station and metro, which made our daily outings easy to plan, but far enough removed as to offer a more quiet and relaxed atmosphere.P.S. Be sure to pick up a 3 day metro pass when you first arrive, just swipe and ride, very convenient and no line ups.

Liked: normally a 190 euro room i got for 65 or something... definitely worth it was able to check in at like 11 am and get my room and sleep all afternoon... try doing that in a regular hostel...

Liked: Very nice hotel overall. Needs a bigger elevator, because what they have is only big enough for two or three people, however, nice rooms with TVs, nice clean bathrooms, air conditioning, free breakfasts in the basement, and very helpful staff make up for it. Location is very far from the main Paris attractions, but it's close to Gare Nord and the Metro. The Paris streets can be confusing, so have a good map if you plan to walk, even though this Hotel is a couple blocks from the train station, it's easy to get lost... or maybe that was just me.
