Liked: nothing

Disliked: staff seemed to go out of their way to be unhelpful. First member gave us entirely the wrong directions to the metro, second had a 45 minute screaming match with other guests in front of us and seemed to be disinterested to the point of rude in helping us with our simple enquirers , and the third was unwilling to help us book a shuttle to the airport, and when he finally did he quote the company double what we were expecting to pay in French so we could not understand the agreed upon price until the shuttle picked us up. Additionally, room is so small one has to sit sideways on the toilet.

Liked: Good location, away from the tourist buzz with a couple of nice cafes / restaurants to have an evening meal with locals. 10 mins walk to the nearest metro and 2 mins from the nearest Velib station. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: We got moved around rooms a couple of times due to mix ups / building work to the rooms. Got a couple of free of charge breakfasts because of this, would not pay 9 euros for the breakfast, more like 4. Go to the patisserie and mini market for your breakfast. Free wifi not so reliable but did the job.

Liked: some staffs were friendly. the lobby was nice. the price for 2 ppl is good. but for single room is 45 euro really not worth of it. with waterboiler, hairdryer and shower gel. the wifi was not stable.

Disliked: 1. the location is so so far away from the metro brancion or port de vivre in area 15. it was very hard for me to find it out esp. walking in the street with heavy lugguage(and rain =( ! finally it was found in a quiet streeet and it hasnt many choices eat out. 2. The elevator freaked me out. INCREDITABLE small. for only 2 skinny ppl and u cant turn ur body around.

Liked: nothing.

Disliked: everthing. The staff was extremely rude. they simply don't do what they promess, we had made a reservation a private triple room and they gave us another one with no excuses.

Disliked: Small bathroom, no wi-fi in the room, expensive breakfast (9,50 euros)

Liked: With help from a local we discovered that bus 95 connects Kyriad Brancion to the centre of Paris in fifteen minutes.

Disliked: I had read some poor reviews on trip advisor.com before I left so I was extra careful with my valuables. The comments about the small bathrooms I found ridiculous - this is almost central Paris - they were clean and fine. It helped that I paid hostelbookers prices and not the standard rate though.

Liked: The hotel was under renovations while we stayed there, but it was still a quaint building.

Disliked: A couple of the staff members are rude. I don't speak a lot of French, but when I used words or phrases that I did know, one particular staff member blatantly laughed at me. NOT a great way to make your guests feel welcome. It's not one of those places where you would interact with fellow travelers, the few people I saw staying there were with famillies or not happy to chat with others.

Liked: Very Small room and bathroom, but for the price in Paris it was a good deal and we were minutes from the metro and grocery store so it worked well for our stay.

Disliked: Small room with all our luggage was a little challenging but we managed.

Disliked: I booked twin bed, but we still get two beds, just they stand near each other.

Liked: The location was convenient, though it was a little difficult to find when we first got there. There was free tea, coffee, crackers, and TV in the room. It also had a cool French window. There was free internet in the lobby on two different computers. Also, the receptionist at night spoke very good English and was very helpful. Overall, it was a great value and better than we had expected.

Disliked: The hallways were a little creepy and small, and the elevator was extremely cramped. This really wasn't a big deal, though. The bathroom was also very small, but this didn't bother us.

Liked: Free coffee, tea and a tiny piece of biscuit daily. Overall clean and location was 10mins walk to tram station. Had kettle in the room and hot shower. Value for money for Paris standard.

Disliked: The eccentric receptionist that took 30mins introducing/explaining abt the hotel in a sing-song manner when we arrived dead tired, wet from the rain was annoying. The corridor, lift and room gave me an eerie sense when i first arrived cos building was old probably, but I got accustomed to it on the 3rd day and it was alright.

Liked: It was calm and cosy. About 15 minutes walk to the metro, but it was ok because there are some small shops and resturantes on the way which make the walk nice

Liked: The hotel was better than expected. A great value for money, accessible to a lot of main attractions, free internet.

Disliked: the maintenance service was slow. our toilet lights was burned and we reported the defect but nobody came to fix it till the day that we checked out. we had to shower in the dark.

Liked: Für den Preis ein sehr gutes Angebot! Unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen!

Disliked: Liegt etwas weit von der nächsten Metro-Station, aber man kann mit dem Bus fahren, der hält nur eine Straße weiter! Das Internet in der Lobby funktionierte nicht.
