Liked: Location and cost are good considering hotels in paris... value for money is good...

Disliked: No internet facility on rooms in higher floors (third and above), elevator was not working (problem going above with luggage), and Only 2 TV channels were shown on TV

Disliked: The only problem is that the shower cubicle is too small. It is hard to get into it and impossible to bend into it.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The bed was good quality and quite large for a single. The fact that there was even a small en-suite bathroom and toilet was a very pleasant surprise and adds to my impression that Hotel Belfort offers excellent value for money.

Disliked: There was auite a strong smell of cigarettes when I arrived, which diappeared due to keeping the windows open for several hours.

Liked: Helpfull staff

Disliked: The blinking hotel sign right outside our room, made it hard to sleep. There was a draught in our room, so we woke up with sore throats each morning.

Liked: The bed was comfortable

Disliked: If they offered free WiFi in the Lobby only, then they should state that when they are selling it to you. I bought WiFi for the room and was unable to use it, when I asked for a refund, I was given it, but with a lot of attitude.

Liked: It was a great place to stay. Everybody was very friendly, helpful, tried talking in english. Room was very clean, towels were changed every morning, they clean rooms and bathrooms every day. You get soaps and showergels everyday. Location is good. A bit noisy street. If you get room that faces the street and you sleep sensitively you better buy earplugs :) at the first glans room was not so very nice but the atmosphere, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff were worth the price we paid for the room. we were very happy that we stayed there and we would recomend it to those who are not looking for luxury and are orientied at the low price and a clean, confortable place to stay.

Liked: We stayed for normal double room with private shower and toilet. It is not very comfortable and modern but quit normal according to its price. Breakfast was included. It consist of coffee or tee, juice, croissant, bun and butter and jam. It was ok. Also they have free Internet in the lobby, you don't need to have your own laptop.Also there are a lot of touristic information on reception (free maps and so on). It is situated in 15 minutes from city center by metro.
