Liked: The place was very comfortable, everything I needed was there, internet, safe, breakfast, 24 hour reception, etc. It was also in a very convenient location just minutes away from Gare de Nord. I booked a single on a first night that they upgraded to a double and a double on the second night that they upgraded to a one room apartment for four people. That was pretty nice.

Disliked: Everything was great.

Liked: The room was nice size for 1 person and I liked the balcony.

Disliked: The front desk clerk would not call a taxi for me and just pointed me to the nearest train station where I had to wait with everybody else at the train station for a cab that took 40 minuets. Because of this I almost missed my train at another station that I need to get to.

Liked: Location right by Gare du Nord. Our triple room and bathroom were very spacious.

Disliked: The bedroom was dark with no mirror.

Liked: The location is very convenient for getting around Paris to visit monuments and other places of interest. The breakfast was a great convenience and just what we expected. You can get up, eat, and go. It was fresh, tasty, and there was enough of everything. The coffee was good, too.

Disliked: What I disliked most about the property is the elevator. I personally do not like small spaces, so I sent our luggage in the elevator with my kids and took the stairs. No big deal. The blankets and bedspreads looked either dull from use or like they could use a wash, as well as the carpet, but the sheets and towels were changed daily. Cleanliness is the first thing I look for in a hotel and I really wasn't disappointed.

Liked: Super Lage in der Nähe des Gare du Nord, viele kleine Läden und auch einige (für Pariser Verhältnisse) günstige Restaurants im Umkreis. Viel Info-Material vorort. Zimmer sind sauber, farblich unterschiedlich gehalten (blau, orange) und mit Telefon, Föhn und Flat-TV ausgestattet. Personal freundlich und Frühstück mehr als nur Croissants und Baguette (wie sonst in Frankreich üblich!): Brötchen, Pain au Chocolat etc., Cerialien, Joghurt, Apfelmus und verschiedene Käsesorten, Honig und Marmeladen sowie Säfte und versch. Warmgetränke. Großer Gepäckraum zum Lagern nach check-out.

Disliked: Wifi/Internet funktionierte nicht immer, Fahrstuhl sehr klein(höchstens für 3 o. Gepä

Liked: The hotel was a great deal for the price. Breakfast was included and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room also included a water heater and tea and was very clean.

Disliked: The area surrounding the hotel at night can be very sketchy-I wouldn't advise walking alone at night in that area.

Liked: Very good looking hotel and nice bedrooms. Provide reasonably good breakfast and there is a kitchen and fridge in the room for the guest. Large bathroom area.

Disliked: The receptionist mistakenly swipe my credit card for a booking which is not my under my name first and ask me to sign the bill. Fortunately, I had noticed his mistake and told him to reverse the payment which he did. Although he apologise afterwards, but it shows he is not very professional in handling the payment for customers. And when i check my credit card bill a month later, there is a charge for reversing too, luckily it is a small amount. The breakfast area is small and you have to cross your fingers to hope the other guests could quickly finish and give up their seats for you.

Liked: friendly staff, very good location, rooms ok - especially for the price!

Disliked: rather thin doors/walls (noise of people checking out/leaving early in the morning), but not too bad. Someone (cleaning personal?) stole a 10€ note (of 20€) which I left behind -I was in a hurry- on the table in the room. The money was NOT lying around obviously but was entirely covered with travel documents etc. so the person taking it must have gone through my documents to find it. I was HIGHLY disappointed and felt (besides the loss of the stolen money, which was less of a problem), moreover, that my privacy has been hurt. I informed the reception about it, the reaction was friendly but of course there couldn't be anything really done about it. So I would recommend you to take the time to hide your personal belongings/use the safe to not lose your trust in humanity/security, as I did for about half an hour.

Liked: the triple room was sufficiently big and clean, the free breakfast was good and there were quite a number of brochures on different tours (paying and free) to get around Paris. It is very near Gare du Nord, so it was great that we didn't waste time getting to and fro.

Disliked: The wifi cant be accessed in the room, and the room smelled a little bit musty but that's alright because we could get rid of the smell by airing out the room. Price was a little bit high for something quite basic.

Liked: Good size of room for the price especially for Paris's accommodation. Staff was great. Location was very good as easy access by bus and train.

Disliked: Wifi did not really work anywhere at all.

Liked: Great staff, 3 min walk to Gard du Nord station where the Euostar gets in- and an easy metro trip to all the sights, free breakfast, free wifi, luggage storage. No complaints really- we were right on the road front but double glazing meant the room was quiet, triple room had heaps of space. Not fancy but good value for money in Paris!

Disliked: Nothing really.

Liked: Close distance to Gare de Nord was a plus. When I complained about the toilet flushing all night long in my room they moved me into a better room the next day.

Disliked: Didn't sleep the first night because the toilet in my ensuite flushed every 30 seconds.

Liked: Fairly clean property with no major issues.

Disliked: When I first arrived the person on the front desk was very friendly and helpful. However, the second person that was on the front desk was not as friendly and for some questions downright rude. I don't know if this was just because I was asking in English (I don't speak French). In the end I was able to find out what I wanted but it took a lot of work.
