Liked: The hotel is set in the northern "Zone 3" area of Paris away from the hustle and bustle of the main part of the city. If you aren't afraid of taking packed public transit to get to the main part of the city, this hotel is a nice place to stay. The rooms were small, but enough for any college traveler. Friendly staff, though most of them don't speak any English, and a clean room everyday. Worth the money for an expensive trip such as Paris.

Liked: the first room they gave us was still dirty. We had to ask for another room :pthe coffee machine was brokenthe internet is 3 euro's per 15 minutes. It was slow and the computer crashedStaff hardly speaks english55 euro's for a room in Paris is not that high so i dont expect a superb hotel. But definately there must be something better to find. Im not a complainer by nature but this hotel was just very poor. Last paint job was 15 years ago or something

Liked: Very clean (no mould, which is exceptional in cheap hotels in Paris). Location is a bit far away, but by train you can get into the town in half an hour. I would recommend this place if you travel alone and want to get a cheap room. There's a big road and railway nearby the hotel, so it can be noisy sometimes in the evening (I slept with earplugs).

Liked: Easy to get to paris on the train, very good value for money. Clean, pleasant rooms. This is a hotel though, so don't expect hostel atmosphere. Two things I want to say: 1 - make sure you go to Epinay Sur Seine, as there are two other "Epinay" stops on the paris system. 2 - internet was a bit expensive.

Liked: The underground parking for 5 euro was totally worth it... Paris can be pretty sketchy but the underground parking only has entry with one access entry key that the front desk and whomever has it must exchange their license for it... The train station is about a 7 minute walk, not too bad. The attendant was kind of disengaging but not rude, per say...
