Location Information

10 minutes walk away from the old town and 15 minutes only from the seafront and its famous “Promenade des Anglais” we are located at mid-distance between the train station of “Nice Ville” (Gare SNCF) and the illustrious Place Massena.
We are in a pretty street with small houses, very quiet since the main street became pedestrian because of the tramway.
