BOOKING POLICY:
The credit card details given to confirm the booking is hold as a guarantee and must be valid (The hotel tests systematically the card). You will have to advise the hotel as final confirmation with the security code (the 3 last numbers at the back of the credit card)

LATE ARRIVAL: If the arrival time is overtaken or in case of late arrival (after 6.00pm), One night may be charged on the given credit card details. In case of not valid card, the reservation could be automatically cancelled.

Cancellation / no show
If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please contact the hotel by mail, telephone or fax, a cancellation number of cancellation will be given.

No extra fees in case of cancellation until 2 days before arrival at noon: cancellation number given by hotel will be required in case of disagreement.
Passed this dead-line, the first night will be charged on the credit card number given as guarantee.
In case of No-show, the first night will also be charged on the credit card number given as guarantee. A copy of the invoice will be sent by post mail if requested.

Check-in time is 2.00pm, but if you arrive earlier, please let us know, we would make our best to provide a room upon arrival, or we store your luggage until the room is available.
Checkout time is Noon.
