Liked: Only 1 minute from train station so excellent for those travelling about. Simple and clean room with tv and safe. Friendly and helpful staff on standby 24hrs a day.

Disliked: The area around the station isn't the nicest part of town, no problems with hotel.

Liked: 15 minute walk from the beach. Inside of the hotel is really nice. Walking back to the hotel is kinda sketchy but once you got inside a receptionist is there 24 /7. Tv in the room...everything looks brand new inside like it was recently renovated.

Disliked: The worst part was the walk to the beach...only bc it seemed so far but all of the shops and restaurants made it seem closer.

Liked: 2minute walk to the nice villie station, with easy access's to other means of public transport. we stayed in a triple room which had amble room and a spacious bathroom

Disliked: you pay for what you get! there is nothing wrong with this place it is more than adequate as a place to rest your head and cheaper than some of the hostels we looked at.

Liked: Good location as it's very close to the train station. We stay for only one night (4-bed room). Our bathroom is new, spacious and clean. Value for money.

Disliked: The room itself is a bit poor as the carpet is old and there were stains on the bed cover.

Liked: It is very close to the train station. The price was reasonable.

Disliked: There are some potential bad areas if you make the wrong turn just outside the hotel.

Liked: Liked the Spacious rooms and the location. Since it was so close to the station was easy to do day trips via train from Niece.

Disliked: There was no wifi in the rooms

Disliked: Not very convenient to the beach. Breakfast costs 6€ and consider to pay 8€ for the parking if the few free parking lots are taken.

Liked: Clean, near the train station, friendly staff

Disliked: wouldn't change towels everyday, far from the beach, plugged shower (room 456) small bathroom. very hard to move around. Not even a hanger for towels. but it was clean

Disliked: The room was a little dark, very plain and undecorated. Our double ensuite room was not as pretty as what you see in the photos.

Liked: Easy to find from the train station, a short (10 min) walk to the beach. Safe deposit box in the room. Towels changed. Breakfast available at a good price (6 euros).

Disliked: The room was a tad dark, but that may not be a problem if you plan to be out most of the time. Also, bring your own shampoo/body wash.

Liked: The room was very clean and bright, and the air conditioner worked perfectly (which is very important for the weather in Nice). The staff at the reception were beyond friendly, and answered our questions patiently. The hotel was a 3-min walk from the train station, and a 15-min walk from the beach, which was perfect for us. Will definitely recommend this to anyone who would like to visit Nice!

Liked: Kinda old rooms, but great location, the bed was comfortable and the room was simple... we were not there for the room. The location to the tower is great and the ease of using the hostel was really perfect. 100% happy with it all. Staff were really helpful all the time.

Liked: The room was really new and renovated, and pretty clean as well. The staff were really helpful and lovely.

Disliked: In general was really good, only one downside was the cover blanket on the bed, which made me a little bit itchy when lying on it, since I'm allergic to flea, so I'm really very senstive on this feeling.

Liked: Really close to both the station and also the main shopping street, but still has local shops in the side streets around it. Added to this the beach is only 10minx walk away. The room we had was clean tidy and in good order with hot water at all times. Nice value for money in Nice.

Disliked: there was a detonate feel that the property had alot ov rough edges that were hidden with cutting corners like a slap of paint, cleverly placed pictures and cupboards balanced together. Additionally there was the odd faint smell of sewers coming up from our on suite now and then. But for the price the odd rough edge can be expected.

Liked: Room was very spacious and clean. Very close to the train station, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They spoke good English which was also helpful.

Disliked: Could have been closer to the beach, and there was no fridge available to use.

Disliked: no real way to meet new people here. quite impersonal.

Liked: Location was good.

Disliked: The hotel has a strange system with it's keys. They require you to hand in your keys at reception everytime you leave the hotel. Then when you return you simply tell them your room number and they hand you the keys. The staff at reception were constantly changing and never asked for more information other than the room number. It would be easy for anyone to enter the hotel and ask for the key to your room.
