Liked: Theres not too much to say, its characterless and in the middle of nowhere, on a main road surrounded by industrial estates, ages away from town, even in a taxi. The cheap price of accommodation will be outweighed by the inevitably expensive taxi you will need to pay for if you want to stay out after 12.30.Devoid of life and character. The reception staff were friendly and accomodating, but the rest of it was hopeless, in a Kafkaesque way. There is nothing to do here except sleep or watch french television in a small room not disimilar to a ships cabin, or prison cell. My best friend was a vending machine, the only source of sustenance within 10 miles of the place at night.Unless you have a car, you will have to walk along a motorway for 20 minutes to get close to anywhere. Nearest tram/bus is very far, and there are few taxis available. If you ring one, it will be expensive due to the distant location. It seems primarily a hostel for travelling workers in France, not a place for backpackers or tourists. For your sanity's sake, avoid this place unless you have your own transport, enjoy the general ambience of a gravel-strewn car park in an industrial estate, hate meeting people or hate to visit the city you intend to stay in. If you are very unlucky, you could even be killed traversing the several motorways it takes to get away, back to civilisation, a gruelling adventure not too much in contrast to Frodo's journey through Mordor, or the Israelites trudge through the roasting desert in the book of Exodus.
