Very helpful, friendly, staff. So central and easy to find. A minute from metro which makes it easy to explore provence region. Clean and spacious with tea/coffee facilities in room. Very comfortable beds. You do have to climb stairs to begin with before the lift but staff helped to carry up cases which was an unexpected and welcome surprise.
Kind and Helpful staffs. They also informed us about the good restaurents. Breakfast is also nice. Proper prices!

The hotel is very close to the port of Marseille, and is very priseworthy. The staff were ready to give a 112 Euro room to us for half the price because we had booked a room online , but there was a complication with our credit card, and there were no 70 Euro rooms available when we arrived.
This property is only a 5 minute walk to the bay and restaurants. It also only a 2 minute walk to Estrangin Perfecture Metro train line. The rooms are large and air conditioned and the staff helped us on the first day we arrived in showing us where the best restaurants were and the beaches were located. Even though the property is located next to a busy street you can close the windows at night because of the air conditioning and not feel stuffy inside the room.

It's a really nice hotel in a side street of sin shopping street, just a few meters far from the port.. Really in the heart if the city.. We had a small but totally nice and clean room which has two tiny balconies to the street.. The receptionists helped us by every question..
The hotel is located near St Charles station, and is situated in the city area. So attractions are pretty much walkable. There are alot of convenience shops and cheap cafes nearby which is a plus point. The rooms are clean and pretty much like any 3 star rating hotel. I like that the rooms are decorated to give off a specific theme. Rooms are also spacious. Staff were pretty friendly, but not all of them are well-versed in english. Reception is 24hrs though, making things convenient for visitors. Also, there's free wifi! But during my stay, it was down for two days.. Other than that, everything else was good.

The atmosphere from the walk from the train station to the hotel isn't that great, but the hotel to the port is perfect... And the atmosphere of the hotel itself is really nice!
We stayed at this hotel for the second time already, so it was obviously good enough for us to come back. It's a basic, simple hotel (rather a hostel really) which gives you all you need for a comfortable, affordable stay. The staff is super friendly and very helpful at all times. An extra plus is that the reception is open 24/7. The hotel is located between Prefecture und Cours Julien, so it's really right where things are going on, nice bars and restaurants are just around the corner, so are shops. It's just a short stroll doen to the Vieux Port. The street itself is quiet, the view from the windows is magnificent (we were able to see Notre Dame de la Garde..). Rooms are cleaned every day and the hostel is really clean overall. Still, some of the facilities (bathrooms etc) are a little run down, which does not mean they're dirty. They're just not super new. Breakfast is cheap, but nothing special. The typical stuff you'd get in any youth hostel. You're definitely better off finding a nice cafe in the sun and settling there for some cafe au lait and pastries. Still, the breakfast option is good if you are in a hurry in the morning. Parking is 6 Euro per night, wich was okay for us, because it's actually really quite hard to find parking in the inner city.

Staff were brilliant, very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean with basic facilities.
Great room with a balcony which was a real bonus. The lift whilst very small is an added bonus.

The hotel is near to city-center on the mail road, so its easily accessible to restaurants, bars etc. at night and even on holidays. The staff is very friendly and the place is really cozy and quite.
My single room was small but also very very clean and tidy with modern furniture and a beautiful small bathroom with a wonderful shower. The staff was always very helpful and friendly.

AMAZING location! It says 10 minutes walk to the Vieux Port, but in reality we were literally just around the corner, probably a 2 minute walk. There was a Carrefour and a Spar within 1 minute of the hotel too, which was ideal for picking up bits. Couldn't really ask for a better location, perfect. Staff were incredibly nice and very helpful too.
Perfect place to stay in marseille for the night - extremely central and the staff were really helpful, best thing was the location, so convenient!

So, first off, DON'T GO TO MARSEILLE if you can possible avoid it. It was by far the smelliest and most frightening city we visited. But, if you do have to go there for some reason that you simply cannot avoid, this is a nice place to stay. The rooms were clean and HUGE. The staff was nice and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty (if quite overpriced). But, the best part about the place was that we got a HUGE discount for booking with HostelBookers. We paid like 30 euros a night per person, but the sign at reception and in our room said that the room usually rents for well over a hundred euros a night. So, thanks HostelBookers.
Very close to St Charles Gare Station and the main shopping district in Marseille.

The location is great, 5 min walking distance from the station. Bathroom was nice, with new tiles. Bed is not bad and TV was working. Free wifi. Close to the viewport.
Just few minutes away from railway station on the main street with lots of bars and shops around. Great place to start visiting the city.

Big open windows which allowed lots of light in. Sink and shower in room. Desk and wardrobe space.
The room was small but clean. I booked a private room with shared bathroom but there is a small shower and a basin in the room. Our room was on the fifth floor, it is kinda hard to carry our luggage up the stair but the staff was very kind that he helped to carry the luggage to our room. The location is good, it is just five min away from the main train station and it is a 20-min walk to Vieux Port.
