Liked: The hotel is near to city-center on the mail road, so its easily accessible to restaurants, bars etc. at night and even on holidays. The staff is very friendly and the place is really cozy and quite.

Disliked: Breakfast should be included in the price. There should be a hall/common area where one can relax, meet other people. Hotel should have more information about walking tours of city.

Liked: Great location for sightseeing and short walks into the main town or the port.

Disliked: Not for someone who doesn't like stairs as if there are quite a lot of them if you are above the 2nd floor

Liked: My single room was small but also very very clean and tidy with modern furniture and a beautiful small bathroom with a wonderful shower. The staff was always very helpful and friendly.

Disliked: The hotel is not really situated in a quiet street as they claim on their website. There are no bars or restaurants but still a lot of cars driving and it was very loud with the window open although my room was on the 4th floor.

Liked: Nice rooms, and generally good condition. We were a bit confused about the final price (weren't aware that breakfast and room tax weren't included), but that was probably more a language barrier than anything else.

Liked: It was SUPER! The guy on the desk was really friendly, giving us tourist information, the room itself was a studio, with an ensuite bathroom - was huge!! Also there was a seating, kitchen area with glasses, plates etc, microwave, aircon, tv, and a TERRACE! With table and chairs - the most amazing room ever - with modern decoration, really clean, and well situated for bars, snacks, takeaways, supermarket and gare st charles. WOULD REALLY SUGGEST STAYING HERE!

Liked: The hotel is very nice, however water leaked through our ceiling in the middle of the night. We tried to tell them but they didn't seem to care - didn't take it seriously. Then it leaked again the next night. Also, our shower was blocked so it filled with water and they also didn't care about that. The place is nice but the plumbing needs an overhaul! The staff were friendly other than that. Don't stay in room 3!!

Liked: One of the bed legs was missing when we got there, so they "fixed it" by placing a book underneath. The place smells pretty moldy, especially when the air conditioning was on. we got the top room, which is on the 4 floor (there is no elevator). The room is smaller and less nice than all the other rooms we got to peak in when they were being cleaned, although it costed more because of it's "garden view" (it oversees a bunch of patios and a few of the neighbour's trees). So,if you choose this hostel, make sure you don't get this room! (but based on previous reviews about this same room, it may be they assign this room to "backpackers" that book through this website...

Liked: It's central and the staff is great!It wasn't that proper, but the room was nice, with a small kitchen and a small bathroom.I would recommend this hotel for other people.

Liked: The location was really great, only a 10 minute walk from the port. The price was a bit high but I think that had more to do with it being in the south of France than anything. Also, there was a shower/sink in the room but no toilet (it is out in the hall).

Liked: Great location, easy to get to and find if you take the Marseille metro. Staff was very helpful and gave us directions. The room was really well furnished and had a microwave for limited cooking.

Liked: Staff were helpful when asked, just not very strong English. Pretty expensive, but room was comfortable and tv was nice. Area is not very nice, but only 15 min walk from Vieux Port, or 1 min to metro.
