Liked: Kitchen was great. Liked the separate living room and bedroom!

Disliked: Location was pretty out of the way from main attractions but close to the train station. Bit of a sketchy area at night.

Liked: Great price for room. Included a kitchen. Clean and had lots of room. Had a home like feeling. More like renting an apartment for a couple of nights. Laundrymat was right down the street

Disliked: Had difficulty finding property from train station as directions on hostel bookers only got you to the train station. Train station was no help (does not reflect on property though).

Liked: I liked everything, the best hostel that I have ever seen. I loved the atmosphere.

Liked: Clean place, good for a couple of nights in Bordeaux.

Disliked: No cleaning products to wash up with, or clean the table, for example. No obvious fire alarms in the room, which could be viewed as positive if you are a big fan of smoke machines.

Liked: Close to Gare. Fairly nice apartment - clean & modern.

Disliked: First apartment not cleaned properly so had to change. Had to pay for wifi Internet (misleading in blurb), which was unreliable.

Liked: Very clean, just like a hotel room. Came with full kitchen, bathroom and sitting area. Big window to open out onto street. Breakfast provided but we didnt take it, too much, 8 euro.

Disliked: No amotspher, not much instructions from staff about Bordeaux and the hostel. Very quirt, maybe too quirt. No coomon area, as I said more like a hotel. good stop over from paris if you are heading to Madrid. trams are great to get around on. bars are good once you find the good patch.

Liked: Clean.

Disliked: Staff has very bad opening hours. They close in the middle of the afternoon every day and at 6pm on Sundays. So, if you need to leave your bagage there the day you check out you better make sure they're open when you need to retrieve it. And if you want to purchase wifi, do it when you check in because the staff is rarely around. Also, the directions they provide on hostelbookers.com are terrible. We wouldn't have found it without using a map on my cell phone.

Liked: Probably the cheapest accommodation available in Bordeaux. Also 5 minutes from Gare St. John.

Disliked: The rooms are extremely tatty, hot (with no air conditioning) and quite noisy if facing the street. We were also treated to a bunch of drunken Australians who looked themselves out shouting for their friend from the street to let them in for approximately 3 hours from 3AM on Saturday morning. There was nobody in reception at the hotel to deal with this or let them in. Also, when checking out the staff had no record whether the room had been pre-paid or not (it should have been)

Liked: the large rooms with everything you need inside...the kitchen in the room was great

Disliked: there was nothing for cleaning the cutlery and the crockery..we had to change to room on the second day because they forget our reservation the first day..

Liked: More of a hotel really but a surprisingly spacious one. My double room was more like a one bedroom apartment. Ideal for travelling couples wanting a bit more space and self-catering facilities.

Disliked: Reception closed when I was trying to check out and no instructions about what to do with key etc.

Liked: Great deal! Suite for €40 a night!

Disliked: A little far from the center and sometimes the staff was difficult to track down. Also no water pressure at all in the shower.

Liked: it is a nice place to stay and worth the money. My friend and I ordered a twin-room, it is more like a comfortable one- bedroom-one- living -room flat. it is nice and convient to own its own kitchen. The stuff are english speaking, very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: But remember to fasten the window in the night, or the noise will disturb you a lot.

Liked: The hotel itself was very modern and clean on the inside. It was close to the train station St. Jean which was great and we had a very nice big and beautiful apartment for just me and a friend for a very fair price. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Disliked: The only complaint I have about this place is the surrounding area/street. It's in a semi-red light district street with many sex shops and such and felt a bit unsafe at night. I assume this is why such a nice place can be offered cheaper though. The hotel itself was really nice, clean and safe, it's just the surrounding area that I was uncomfortable with.

Liked: Located in the bad end of Bordeaux, but close to train station. Clean room, reasonable facilities, would not recommend if you want to experience the nice atmosphere of Bordeaux.

Liked: Excellent appartment; well worth the money if you want to treat yourself to a private room. Its fully equipped as described and the bed was really comfortable. Close to the train station although a few more directions on the listing might be handy.

Liked: The room was lovely. It had a fridge, TV and telephone. However, when we arrived the reception was closed (and is closed majority of the time). There was a machine (which drops your keys) but it did not recognise our booking confirmation number, name or card used. We had to get help from an emergency vehicle who assisted us by calling the emergency number. Not a pleasant start to the stay.

Liked: This was a very average place, I guess ok for the price. The location was alright, close to the train station and walking distance to the river, but on a main road and not the best neighbourhood. In mid September the room was really too warm to sleep in. It's ok for a night, but nothing great, and too expensive for what you get.
